We came in with a large group of people for a month and a half and the Courtyard staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had several people checking in and out throughout the weeks and they worked with our travel team to make that as easy as possible. The rooms and hotel overall were very clean and everyone we interacted with was great! The front desk staff were all kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Jim Dooley Jr. has been an amazing person to work with for our company! We utilized nearly 8 weeks worth of rooms and Jim called anytime something came up before it happened. He helped around the clock to make sure all of our guys had exactly what they needed. Couldn't recommend any higher that you stay at this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I stayed here when I visited Miamisburg for a friend’s wedding. I specifically chose this hotel because I was traveling by myself and wanted to stay in a place where I felt safe and comfortable (I’ve, unfortunately, had my fair share of staying in really cheap hotels that were kind of sketchy when traveling with my family. So this time I was willing to shell out a couple extra dollars for something nicer). While it was a tad bit pricier than let’s say a Quality Inn or Super 8, it was absolutely worth it! The hotel room was incredibly clean, the bed was the comfiest I’ve probably ever slept in, very trendy but sophisticated decor, and the staff was super friendly. I only stayed for a night and had to leave early the next day but totally wish I could’ve slept in and stayed a little bit longer (seriously that bed was super cozy)

Positive: I liked that my mom was very clean. Negative: I thought the maintenance guy was awful! He was there to fix the TV in the room & he had no clue. The hotel also says WiFi & that was not the case, apparently it was out for whatever reason. Not happy!

Outside there are no lights at all, tiny little sign in the corner of the lot - don't try to find it or even the entrance ramp off the road after dark Beautiful, spacious room but with nothing but 1 desk chair; no lounging or relaxing here!Bathroom fine except no door between sink and room, and beautiful huge shower except it is configured so you cannot get at the control unless you are standing directly in the flow. Really nice staff.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott to attend the Ohio Renaissance Festival. Our weekend coincided with a soccer tournament so we had a large number of kids staying at the hotel. That is not a problem. I travel for personal pleasure a great deal and have stayed in a hotel where there have been groups of kids for various activities with no problem. However, the kids in this group were unsupervised, loud, allowed to race up and down the hall knocking on peoples doors while the parents sat out in the courtyard drinking, a lot from the looks of the alcohol on the tables. I had kids jumping up and down on the floor above me until after 11 pm the first night. I eventually complained and the poor person on the desk that night had to go up to that room 4 times. I was not the only one in my group who experienced this either. The night manager had relayed to one of the people in our party that they refund a portion of our stay due to our bad experience. Unfortunately, the manager on duty the morning of check out flatly denied that they would be able to do anything other than give us some points. To her credit, she did give me points but they will most likely expire because I will not stay at another Marriott. While the rest of the staff was very pleasant, helpful and understanding, the management seemed to reward the bad behavior of the kids and parents at the expense of at least one very loyal high standing rewards member. I'll go back to staying at Hyatts and Hiltons and earn my rewards points there.
