Amazing stay, super friendly staff, thanks to Christie who made an outstanding welcoming making me feel like home already ! Thanks to Heather, Q and the others too. Rooms are super clean and confortable, facilities are great. Starbucks coffee to go was a plus! Great location, lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

I always feel anxious and apprehensive when I travel because I want to ensure that I put myself up in a good hotel. When walking into Courtyard Dayton North I immediately felt at ease when I was greeted by Christy and Kassy (the ladies at the front desk). They were so kind, got me checked in, offered me water, and let me know that I can go to them if I need anything. I am so grateful that it was them who were working today and can't recommend this space enough. My room is also perfect with a cute (and comfortable) couch, a large TV where I can watch Netflix, and the location is next to many eateries. Thanks again Kassey and Christy!! I appreciate you both!

The staff was personable. The hotel is very worn. The flooring has cracks and the carpet looks old. The bar/restaurant was not stocked. They were out of chicken and turkey so options for dinner were limited and they were out of red wine. Even though I preferred the Courtyard Marriott brand, there are many hotels nearby that are newer. I would suggest staying in one of those.

Property wasn’t bad but the rooms and the hallways could use renovations. The hallway had some soft spots where I could feel the floor collapsing. The exterior parking lot felt secure but could use some more lights. Overall slept well with the beds.

Positive: Fast Check In, Nice Service. Negative: The rooms were not clean at all. My Childs feet were black after running around in the room. The lamp shades were absolutely disgusting. Was scared to sleep in the beds but thankfully the sheets looked cleaned and I checked for bugs prior to sleeping.

I did not know it didn't have free breakfast. On the web page it says free.....then in their description the say for a fee. Which is it......over charged for a crappy stay. On a budget and have to pay for breakfast. This place isn't that great....will never stay at another courtyard or any Marriott if they charge you for food....damn payed 130 to 150 dollars with 2 kids...and no breakfast. Is this the only place charging you double for food and lodging......bet

CUSYOMER SERVICE SUCKS
I stayed at this location with my partner on 12/21/24 on our road trip and the service was nothing like other Marriott. The guy at the front desk check us in a room that was already occupied ,thank God the guest was not in the room .

He gaves us another room this time with no TV. I called front desk 4 times for help, on the 4th time he told me he's busy with guest with an attude , like I wasn't one 🤔 . At check out the lady that was stuffing her mouth with food behind the desk only told me " OH NO" after I explained my experience to her .

After 19 hours drive going up and down with all my stuff was not part of my plans .There was various way cheaper hotesl in the area I choosed the Marriott hoping to have a good night of sleep but it wasn't the case .

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! We left a bag behind accidentally, they helped us go through their online system to have it shipped to our home (so quickly, in fact, that it arrived home before we did!) The manager who packed the box took great care and not a single item arrived damaged.
In addition to the desk staff, the hotel restaurant staff was extraordinarily kind and accommodating, they were out of many items, but made sure that we still had a delicious meal.
Very pleased with our stay here!
