This place was a dump. I stayed in room 220 and the tub was clogged. I didn’t have time to request it be fixed because it was in the morning and I had to go. There was a pink/red colored stain on the carpet. The fitness room had two treadmills, one of the tvs on the treadmill didn’t work, two sets of dumbbells (10lb and 25lbs), a bench, and two bikes. The water distributor didn’t work, no cups, and the hand sanitizer was empty. The pool was closed. And the French toast for breakfast was literally toast with powdered sugar on it.
I recommend Waffle House next door.
The location was good for me and it’s ideal for truckers coming off the interstate. This might be the better option of the neighboring hotels, but I’d probably rather sleep in my sleeper of my truck.
I’m a Marriott person and know there are better Marriott options out there, but I didn’t think this one would be as bad as it was. Like anything, it looks decent on the website…it’s a dump.

This place was nasty. I stayed in Room 204. The beds were nice for 1 night but the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! The bathtub was rusting and looked like it had never been cleaned. When I went to shower, the drain started to clog within less than 2 minutes of the water being on. Had to shower in my own bath water in a filthy bathtub. There was also this mysterious pink stain on the bathroom wall that I have no idea what it was. The room was dusty; there was no microwave but they did have a mini fridge. The staff was very nice and the location wasn’t bad considering the hotel is right next to the highway…but that’s about all that this hotel has going for it. DEFINITELY wouldn’t stay here again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I left the same review for the hotel after my stay and was given a reply saying that this was an “isolated incident”, but after reading some of the other comments on here it sounds like this happens often and the hotel staff doesn’t address the issues. What a waste of money!

This place is ridiculous for the price no microwave no freezer in the refrigerator very small refrigerator very small room no Continental breakfast very high prices on drinks at bar and there food is awful quality and quantity. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stayed in Room 217. Stayed at comfort inn & suites next door for a week before coming here comfort inn and suites much nicer with free continental breakfast and very good customer service.

Okay so maybe it was just room 417 but the drawer won’t stay shut … it opens all the time . I tried putting heavy objects in it but nothing … it just kept opening. The room had an old school thermostat so it’s just warmer / colder you can’t like just set it to a specific temperature. Beds were comfortable, lobby was beautiful- pool looked nice. I planned on using the gym until I saw it …. The weights were not heavy enough for what I wanted … 2 sets of small ones - that’s it ! I never did see the restaurant open and I was in and out for over a 24 hour period. There were never more than like 10 cars in the parking lot , it was weird

Price looked nice and location was relatively convenient to where I wanted to be. Became very apparent upon check-in that the hotel is dated. We were given a room overlooking the pool which I wouldn't request if I stayed here again - way too noisy late at night and early in the morning. I think the most disappointing part of the stay was the bathroom. I shouldn't see other guests'...hairs... immediately upon entry. The tub is scratched and chipped, rusted, doesn't drain properly with lots of standing water.

I let the front desk know and unfortunately nothing was done. They said there was no housekeeping staff that time of day. Not sure why it wasn't addressed the next morning either. I would say it's overpriced for the cleanliness and service I received.

Super rude staff. Don’t respect privacy. Our kids had tournament at the very morning and couldn’t sleep because there were some very loud people at the swimming pool. Hotel workers didn’t care. Front desk not responding. There is actually no real windows with sun light. The windows from the rook facing indoor swimming pool! Tv is not turning off by remote control. To fully turn it off you need to unplugged from outlet😂

Decent rooms comfortable close to the freeway. Pleasant staff I would recommend overall rating I would give 4 out of 5 stars. Great place to get away for the weekend for you and a significant other not bad hotel. Relaxing get away for you and a loved one
