I often stay at this hotel when I want a solo getaway. I love to go to Columbus to stay on the river when I need some time away for my mental health. It is relaxing to get a room at this hotel that overlooks the river. Also, to have access right outside of the hotel gates to the river walk is very convenient. I normally walk about a mile and a half of the river and enjoy the benches to sit and relax occasionally.||The hotel itself is very nice and clean. There is a nice bar area and the drinks and food is pretty good and appropriately priced. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing l don’t like is the slow moving elevators, also the fact that the rooms don’t have microwaves and there isn’t one in the lobby area either. Microwaves are important to me because I don’t eat all of my food when I go out. There also isn’t a free breakfast. If you’re okay with that, then this is a very nice and relaxing hotel option with great views.

I stay here when I'm in town. It's convenient to where I need to be. This last stay the room wasn't as nice as others I have stayed in here. The water pressure was extremely low, cracked paint on walls in the room, ironing board was broken in closet that didn't close, found a few gnats in the bathroom, was missing that Marriott extra accommodating feel regardless of what tier hotel type you choose. But stay was ok. I'll be back because I have had better stays in other rooms here.

I really enjoyed my stay here!!! From Cornelius Echols checking me in with great customer service, to the Manager (I think) Shawn working Bistro and bar that night. I have to stay in this area a lot and this will be my go to.....actually booked for tomorrow night!!!! See y'all soon.

Aside from the rude desk experience. A great place clean and quiet. I address my concerns with the manager as far as the lady who checked me in. Her customer service skills would rate a -1. On a scale from 1-10.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Before we arrived Tamika went above and beyond to ensure we had a quiet room. The light was not working in our bath room and each member of the staff did their best to fix the problem, when it could not be fixed, they figured out a work around. The gym had a wall of windows which faced out over the river so it was nice to workout with all the natural light. Right behind the hotel is the Chattahoochee Riverwalk with easy access to walk over to Columbus. We enjoyed the stay so much that we plan to be back in a few weeks.

Rooms are nice.... but the darn tv wouldn't shut off. I had to unplug it. No free coffee, only the room crap that we paid for anyway.

Beautiful, updated facility. Terrific location with pedestrian bridge over the river to Columbus. About a 15 minute walk to restaurants. The website indicates EV chargers but not really. There are two normal outdoor wall outlets that you have to be lucky to park near them. The charge for parking in their outdoor parking lot is just a money grab. No free coffee in the lobby which is disappointing.
