We stayed at this courtyard for a soccer tournament in Obetz. Location was close to the fields and there is convenient shopping and restaurants near the hotel.

Rooms were clean, spacious and were ready early. The hotel lobby and cafe was excellent. Brian, the GM, was so welcoming to our families and made the stay much better. He went above and beyond to ensure our families enjoyed their time.

We will be back for all future stays in the area.

Very nice, comfortable, clean. Nice staff. And thanks to front desk worker Taylor who graciously got our daughter's medicine that we forgot in our room so that we were able to pick it up the next day.

I stayed in this Marriot property while in the area for business. This hotel is located close to highways, shops, businesses, restaurants and more. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a modern look to them. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a business, solo or family stay. The hotel has a Bistro that serves coffee, fresh and pre-made foods as well as assorted coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages. The lobby has plenty of guest seating and a large area for dining. The property also has a pool and a fitness center. The bathroom and the room were clean, although I found a big stain on the couch which I reported to the front desk. Nothing was done during my visit as I had to leave early in the morning. The wifi works and is easy to connect to depending on your Bonvoy loyalty level, you can get the premium wifi. Overall a good, problem-free stay in a well-managed Marriot Proporty.

Stayed here for a weekend trip to visit family. The front desk people were nice. The lobby was in good shape except for fraying carpet by the front desk. The elevators needed an update. We were on the third floor and the hallway floor was like a roller coaster. We had a 1 bedroom suite. It definitely needs a little tlc and better updates. There are no pictures on the wall but in one spot the old picture anchors are still there. There are stains on the chair, sofa, and carpet. The mirrored closet door wouldn’t close. You have to turn sideways to get in your bed. The headboard was some sort of foam with a cover on it that was gross. There must of been a water leak as there was paint bubbling in the corner. Terrible drywall patch jobs. The pillows on bed were small square ones. We only had 1 regular pillow. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed. Stains on the wall from the bathroom makeup mirror. The shower was okay but the curtain was barely long enough. The worse part was the noise above us. All hours of the night and day when anyone was up there it sounded like they were coming thru our ceiling. We definitely will not be staying here again.

Stayed on the way to South Carolina. Clean, fairly modern, restaurant on main level. Easy check in/out, used a mobile key. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

I felt as more of an annoyance than a welcomed guest. The desk clerk we sleepy and not welcoming and the bistro server was definitely annoyed that I had showed up. I waited 15 minutes for her to return from her smioke break just to tell me that the kitchen was closed.
Will not stay here again.

Room is ok BUT no breakfast included for the price 😕 Simply unacceptable, when other brand will compliment you with breakfast AND same type / quality room 😉
If you have time - Book youron a different hotel brand !

Check in was easy and room clean. The food in bistro was ok. All staff professional and courteous. ||The room's bed was a little firm and pillows ok. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. The room is modern and comfy for a few days with fridge, microwave, iron, etc.
