Anything I would want from a hotel!! Clean fresh scent throughout the halls, rooms very clean, quiet, beds were so comfortable. We had to extend our stay longer than expected and the manager, Ryan, was extremely pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is not far from the Cleveland Clinic main campus (about 20 minutes). There are a lot of different restaurants close by and the several meals we had at the hotel restaurant were very good. If we have to return to Cleveland we are definitely staying here again!

Very nice hotel off the beaten path. Great rooms. Comfy bed. About 1am to 3am someone was slamming doors, banging on doors, being loud and obnoxious. Didn't appreciate that necessarily. But everything else was great!

Stay away!!! This is the worst Marriott Courtyard I’ve stayed at. The rooms, hallways, bathrooms are super outdated. The rooms have a weird chlorinated smell. The third floor hall reeked of weed or some synthetic scent. On my second day I heard buzzing and found a huge bug crawling over the light next to my bed. I asked to move rooms and this new room had several lady bugs flying around. Disgusting. There’s stains on the walls. No shampoo in my shower. No daily room service to tidy up the rooms. Never staying here again.

My stay was average—nothing great, nothing terrible. The room was clean, and the staff did their job, but nothing stood out as particularly special. Everything functioned as expected, but there wasn’t anything memorable about the experience. It was a standard stay, suitable if you’re just looking for a basic, no-frills hotel.

Upon arrival, we were happy to be greeted by a very pleasant gentleman at the front desk. We saw him frequent and his was just as friendly during each encounter. The hotel was clean and the area was convenient in with several restaurant options within 1.5 miles or so. The main areas (lobby, bistro, pool) seemed a bit dated so I’d say the hotel is an average hotel compared to others we’ve stayed at, but cleanliness is really the most important. We stayed 3 nights and were disappointed that our room was never serviced despite a sign at check in saying it would be every other day. We ended up running out of toilet paper, had no clean towels and the garbages are small and were overflowing quickly as I was traveling with kids and we had things like fast food drink cups in the garbages. The front desk was apologetic and I walked down to collect toilet paper, but the room remained unserviced. While I absolutely do not fault any of the staff that was there and working hard, it’s Marriott’s responsibility to ensure staffing is adequate for paying customers.

Daria, Nadine and Shane are amazing!! They helped me so much and I’m extremely grateful for their kindness. There was a mixup on my reservation and they corrected all. This hotel is new and very clean. Highly Recommend!!
