This place is super nice, I would come back and stay again. Rooms are clean, staff is super friendly, close to all the action so you don't need to go far. My only complaint is that there isn't free breakfast which honestly should be a staple at every hotel these days like a man needs some eggs and a nice cup of coffee in the morning. But there is a little bistro where food is served so it's not a total loss.

Booked this hotel due to amenities such as hot tub and specificically booked a sofa in the room. Upon arrival I was put into a room with only a chair. When I asked the front desk for the room I booked I was told this was the last room available. Nothing was offered for my downgrade. Went to go relax in the hot tub, only to find the hot tub was out of order. I then went to print out some paperwork... Business center was out of order. The next morning I went to fill my travel mug with ice...you guessed it.. Ice was out of order. Wall A/C unit was as loud as a lawn mower. 2 stars because the place was clean at least

We checked in with a small service dog and was forced to leave because he barked when we went to the gym. I offered to move rooms to make it better and they moved our hotel. The young manager woman is clueless to the laws and will have a big problem coming her way soon enough. The lady at the Residence Inn was very nice and how a manager should be. Our room at the M also has black mold and I took a photo before leaving.

Rooms were good, but the food service is horrible and way over priced. If you are going to provide prepared food then you need to do it well. Hot egg and grain bowl took 45 minutes plus and only half delivered then second half 10 minutes later. Both dishes cold and one did not even have an egg. Staff laughed it off with completely hollow apologies and statements that fresh food takes time. Yeah. Poorly reheating frozen food and crappy powdered eggs is not fresh. What was worse was family who ordered ahead got their food after us and one of the 3 orders totally wrong and were told after an hour that they didn’t have that dish. Also a tip was added without my permission.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was chill, and the outside was relaxing. I loved their fire pit and waterfall out back! Definitely would stay again.

It is a great place to stay; I didn't give the room a five-star rating because the bed was a little too firm for me. I like super soft fall into a cloud type beds. All in all, everything's great.

Beware when booking for a specific room. They overbook the rooms at this hotel.

I booked the King Suite with pullout couch. When I went to the room, the room was 2 queens. Went back to lobby, was informed the "website has a glitch and overbooks the rooms and the king suites are not available." I am a trooper and said ok, just credit the difference. They would not and only gave me a breakfast voucher.

The Courtyard is a wonderful place to stay in the North Cincy area. The staff went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Hailey, in the Bistro. did a super job of remembering my order from day to day. It started my day off on a positive note.
The Wendy runs a tight ship and it shows in the details. Friendly, Organized, Efficient, Courteous, Comfortable, what else can I stay.
I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.

Back for another stay at the Courtyard Cincy North. It was truly appreciated that the manager (Wendy) remembered me from nearly a year ago. What a nice way to start my stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Wendy even mentioned they have new cooks in the Bistro. Thanks for another great stay.
