This hotel is a half way point from our home in VA to our family in MI. Have stayed here a couple times now and always been treated like a VIP. From check in to check out. Front desk folks, Danielle, and April, and Alicia...very friendly and very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfy, clean, and the location is perfect for our travels. The Bistro is perfect for an overnight stay and very grateful to Heather for the special care. Wonderful breakfast before hitting the road again and thanks to Kim for the conversation and the hot and delicious coffee. We will see you again!

After a long day of travel was greeted with a smile . The front desk Alicia H. was so kind and helpful and very friendly she is a real asset to the courtyard. The hotel was very nice but people like Alicia are what makes you want to go back. Would stay there again.

This hotel was pretty gross tbh. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it or stay there. The lobby was nice but that was about it. The elevator was painfully slow. The floors smelled like mildew. The rooms smelled weird too. I did not feel like the rooms were clean. There was no mattress protector on the beds (so just a sheet and a bare mattress, absolutely disgusting). The shower and sink did not drain all the way. The bathroom had a moldy corner in it. The bathroom just did not appear clean. There were mysterious spots on the wall too. To top it all off, we kept finding little bugs. For almost $200 a night I would expect better and that was the rate for block. Book somewhere else if you have the option. This place is disgusting.

I had an excellent experience upon arrival. Marlo and Alicia were extremely professional and very nice. I will definitely come back to this hotel. 5 stars on customer service. Thank you...... I was going to write another review, it would only allow me to write one. I came back due to the excellent customer service I received last time. Alicia is extremely nice and makes you feel at home. Great management and leadership.......... I just came back about a year later. First reason I chose to come here was because how I was treated by Alicia when I had initially stayed. So once again thank you Alicia. To be honest I was very happy with the customer service once again. I'd like to personally thank April and Heather. Very kind and just made it feel at home. Excellent customer service. And for that I will be back. April and Heather keep up that energy and just kindness it was very refreshing, thank you.

We obtained a room block from them for this past weekend for us and some of our wedding guests. The whole process was easy and Kellianne was so kind and accommodating throughout and was so easy to work with!
Check-in and check-out was seamless and they were able to accommodate our every need. From passing out our welcome bags to providing us with a complimentary bottle in our room. Even storing our cake and other food in their walk-in fridge.
Rooms were really nice and clean. And staff went above and beyond during our stay.

We were apprehensive because of some of the reviews. Is it showing some wear? Yes, however, it is not a significant amount. The rooms are large with a seating area, plenty of room to move around.
