I have been eating at this place for years and I decided to come back after a few years the food is always fresh their baked goods are homemade baked goods and they're delicious and they're subs and they also make Homemade to go burritos

i ordered a twisted tin with extra meat which includes turkey and bacon on 1-1-2025 at around 3:45 pm .my lady went to pick it up came home with it at 4:04pm and i go to unwrap my sandwich and its like 20oz of turkey and 2 pieces of bacon now if i am correct when ordering extra meat you supposed to get extra of what ever kind of meat that's on the sandwich meaning the bacon as well. plus the lady that made it slapped rotten veggies on there as well. i called up there with questions on why oh wait one more thing its comes on a pretzel bun i am allergic to jalapenos so instead of lettings us know they didnt have the bread that it comes with she just threw it together with what she chosen. so i call politely and she got angry with me that extra bacon is not meat so she didnt put extra beacon is meat (pig) correct then told to call the manger in the morning and hung up on me so thats i gave it 1 star and im reporting the situation to the BBB as well. this was a place i frequent often too.

The last two times I have gotten subs from you guys they have been wrong. I get the same thing Everytime I go been coming here for the last 7years now and never has this problem until recently I don't know what changed. But I'm not happy spending $20 pluse on subs I would like them to be made they way I asked

Tried to order a sandwich, but lady couldn't comprehend making a chz sandwich (for my vegetarian friend)
And making the other half with everything. Even subway can follow directions. Very disappointed.
