This is by far the worst stay of my life. Booked hotel for 6 nights. First night, wind was blowing and creted a howing noise that you can hear in the room. Woke up every time AC would come on. King bed was rock hard and sunken in the middle. The tub felt like you were about to fall through it and made cracking noise with every step. Moved rooms next day to a room with two queen beds. The room has an odor. They had roach and rat traps under the bed. The bedroom door would not shut. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. Queen beds are a rock to sleep on. Requested to cancel remaining nights based on the poor quility. They charged me a cancellation fee and another nights stay after i checked out at double the rate I was paying. The hotel refused to reimburse for the room charge for when I was not there. Customer support was no help with resolving this horrible experience.  Do not stay here or risk the same fate I had.

I called a couple times before my stay, a month in advance and the lady was very rude. I asked if my mom and I could have rooms adjoining, or next to each other, at least on the same floor. Lady stated we will see what we can do, can’t guarantee anything. The country inn in Kentucky was able to get us adjoining rooms and the Fairfield we stayed at on the way home had us next to each other. When we got there we were on different floors and the lady at desk wouldn’t even look to see if anything else was available. They charged us a pending fee of $100 in case we smoked or brought in dogs, which was not mentioned when I reserved. Had just stayed in Kentucky the night before and they did not do this. Thankfully it was cancelled after checkout and I did not have to wait long for my bank to take away the pending charge. My tub drain had something stuck in it which caused water to back up in the tub. There was water damage on the ceiling and wall. Food smeared on the bathroom door and curtains and thick dust on the lamps. There was something spilled on the floor next to the trash can. Not a comfortable stay at all, felt grimy and not pleasant at all. Will not be back.

Everything at this hotel was Great. From the time we walked in and were greeted by Jessica and Trish the stay was perfect. The attention to detail at this hotel is amazing. From the lobby, room and eating area it was very clean and comfortable. Just about 3 miles off the express way but well worth the drive, it is in a clean and safe area. Kudos to the entire Country Inn team.

Very nice stay, easy to check in, the room was very nice. The room was quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool was fun to swim in. Had an amazing experience. Would recommend.

My interactions with all the staff have been great. Good breakfast, nice rooms, comfortable beds, useful exercise room (I used the treadmill). There's even an indoor pool (I didn't try it). Will be happy to stay here again.

I would've given this place a full 5 star however, the rooms had some defects for example bathroom door nob loose like ready to come off loose and the breakfast was good except for the powder eggs. Also be weary of their fees it's placed in the bathroom for you to see. Make sure that before you leave have the manager count the listed items so you don't get a surprise charge. By the way it's a military hotel. Please clean the front porch or patio furniture.

The rooms were outstanding. Staff was very helpful. I would like to recognize the following individual, Erin. She answered all of my questions and the questions that she needed further research, she took the time to get me an answer. I was traveling as a federal employee and was tax exempt, and she was very helpful, completing all necessary forms. I would highly recommend the Country Inn on Margie in Warner Robins location for your next stay.

Terrible hotel! We stayed here 1 night with kids and I was very concerned about this place. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a very strong smell of tobacco. There are a lot of water damage signs on the wall and ceiling, moldy smells and very old furniture. Looks like they picked up the sofa from the trash and put it in the room. Breakfast was garbage. Don't stay in this place, especially with kids.
