My son and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff (especially Harvey and Tina) were so wonderful. They even provided us with overnight electrical hookup for our food trailer. They just were totally out of their way to help and accommodate us. Additionally, they made sure that we had a downstairs room that was close to our food trailer, so that we could keep an eye on things. Additionally, the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is great, too. I highly recommend this Choice Hotel property!!!

My family's stay on Feb, Fri. 14th - Feb, Sat. 15th was mediocre considering the amount we paid. The biggest disappointment was the poor quality of customer service and the lack of leadership among the front desk staff. After complaints about the noise disturbance from the guest next door, who was engaging in sexual activity, and knocking on their door to discuss the disturbance, was met with sly and disrespectful remarks. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to present two options to the front desk: either they would address the issue, or I would call the police.

Having worked in hotel hospitality for years, I would have taken into consideration guest placement with a baby under a year old. It was a truly horrible experience.

Rooms seemed clean upon arrival, upon inspecting the beds we found every piece of bedding was disgusting! All kinds of different stain from who knows what! Towels are ripped and torn and when I asked for new stuff I was informed that management locks everything away and we would not be getting new stuff until they arrived! Would not recommend!

Positive: Nothing Negative: This is a very sub par hotel for a Country Inn and Suites and for the price paid. The facility is very old and ill kept. Staff is rude (put upon by the Guests) and there was no breakfast left with an hour to go.

Usually i look forward to staying at the country inn and suites brand of hotels, this one however is a complete outlier. Rooms were dingey and dirty. Smelled like dirty old socks. DO NOT USE THE TOWELS, its like they “wash” them with no soap, stained, worn out, and eaten up by moths. Traveling for work ive stayed in some rough places and i’m sorry to say ive stayed in cleaner roach motels.

The reservation specialist did not inform me about a $50 deposit on the room above the cost of the room. The minimal breakfast is first come, first serve. The person setting out the breakfast was more concerned about food waste instead of supplying enough food. I would suggest booking this hotel.

Booked a king suite and got a call that hot water was out and wanted me to cancel my room (lose points). I get here, and the hot water is working, but I'm in a double. No one said they didn't have king suites. I can work with a heads up but none was given

Decided to stay at hotel as close to airport. Also going by the name Radisson,and Country inn suites ,I assumed it would be at least 4 stars like the ones in Lansing.However I was very wrong.we arrived at 1:00 pm in the afternoon it was blazing hot, and pool was closed.It gets worse we not allowed to check in early and when we entered the hotel there was no ac in the lobby, or greeter.we waited at least 20 mins and when we couldn't tol the heat any longer and was headed back to the car,the clerk showed up. We're not allowed to check in early as she was the only maid in the hotel and she had rooms to clean which one was ours. We were dog tired but had to leave and come back in 2 hrs.the rear entry door lock was broken so people could just come in and out,and not the people who were registered there.the drink machine was broken,so we had to leave to get drinks and hotel is not in a safe area.this hotel is just a dump as well as stinky and old.Again if you don't have to DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!
