I’ve come back to my home town twice and stayed at this location. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Breakfast- the egg and protein changes daily which is refreshing. It’s hard enough to find a hotel that includes breakfast so for me this absolutely seals it.

The only thing I recommend to the very kind owners who I got to briefly meet— consider bringing back ceramic coffee mugs for breakfast. All hotels had them before Covid and I would appreciate coffee from a mug next time I come stay. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with the TV in our room. The lady at the front desk was in our room within minutes and resolved the issue immediately. Breakfast was good with many options.

Wonderful Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub to enjoy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. Breakfast every morning is awesome. Good chef. Good food. Coffee, fruit and delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies available all day. Reasonable price hotel with all the extras. Definitely be staying here again. Janet was a big help. Thanks. My family enjoys

This Choice hotel is fantastic compared with their other locations. The lobby is clean and welcoming! The rooms are large and bright and the beds are comfortable! The breakfast buffet was great, especially for me who is celiac and dairy intolerant. They had choices for me to eat. We would definitely stay here again

Decent stay, free breakfast, comfy beds. They had omelets, sausage, Oatmeal, toast. Located right off the I-10. Room had a full fridge, kitchenette. My only complaint is that they need to do a better job in keeping everything clean. Stains on the furniture, dirty floors.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. You can not beat the value! The free breakfast was great and had plenty of options. The rooms were clean and had a microwave ,flat TV and a fridge. Such Great Staff Made Me Feel Very Welcomed Very polite .
The only con was that the internet was slow and sometimes unusable.

For our two week vacations, we prefer to not make plans and book our hotels on the fly as we find interesting things to do. After staying 3 nights, we decided to add on additional nights because there was so much to do in Tuson. Unfortunately, I inadvertently booked the additional nights through a third-party, vs the Choice Hotel website. That evening, when I realized I needed to move on to Bisbee and only needed one additional night was when I realized the my booking error. The next day, Country Inn and Suites Front Desk Manager, Chris, was very understanding and approved the reservation change. Unfortunately, the third-party canceled both of the reservation dates instead of the one night. We left for the day, unaware we no longer had a valid reservation. After finding our luggage and obviously occupied room, Chris and the general manager, Christopher, booked us in for another day, saving us. It was during the annual gem show and hotels were booked up. I really appreciate them taking care of us. I just kept saying thank you, thank you, thank you. I did ask them why they didn’t repack my luggage and straighten up the room. LOL They did begin to refer to me the mystery lady because I had said goodbye when we left in the morning and they thought I checked out until they determined the “Mystery Lady” had no intention of leaving after finding our luggage and a messy room. Hats off to a great job Khris and Christopher. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Positive: Location, convenient and close to many activities. Breakfast is sumptuous, coffee, tea, fruits are available through out the day Negative: The rooms are not cleaned daily which is very reasonable and eco friendly move, I wished atleast garbage bin could have been emptied every other day.
