Love the rooms! Super comfortable. Amazing simple decor. The entire hotel is kept clean. Love the fresh cookies available, made for a sweet touch. Staff is friendly. The lady that check me in was very informative and knowledgeable in the area. She had amazing suggestions for restaurants to try and places to go.

Service was good. Everyone was friendly. The rooms were very clean. And I love hardwood (tile) floors over carpet. Comfortable and attractive lobby. But what I didn't like was that the rooms were so simple. Only one chair in the room. Only one small elevated space to put your luggage. In this weeklong trip, I've stayed at a number of similar hotels and this one was the most 'bare-bones' room. I wouldn't have minded as much but the rating of this hotel was so high relative to the others.

Positive: Location. Very clean. Good wifi. Negative: One of the trim curtains missing. Let's in light but at foot of bed so not a problem. Breakfast hot choices limited, but good.

The room was standard... clean and comfortable with full-size complimentary toiletries on the wall. The shampoo didn't seem refilled because it was almost done after I used it.

The breakfast area was a good size, usual selections. I like that they had omeletes, but I can't have dairy, so the only other option was cold boiled eggs. At least there's options!

From a glance, the pool, hot tub, and gym looked nice, but we only stayed one night and did laundry. The washer is a little small but only $1 and change.

My main annoyance is that we had to pay a $50 pet fee for 1 small cat, which is half the price we paid for the room. Other places, it's been $0-$20.

Although we were traveling on I-10, we choose the Country Inn & Suites by the airport for our stay one Wednesday night. The room was comfortable and quiet. The desk staff member was friendly and helpful and offered to hold our suitcase until we could check in later in the afternoon.|The breakfast in the morning was the usual selection of hot and cold items buffet-style in a spacious dining area.|Although a sheet we got from the front desk said there were restaurants within walking distance, from a practical standpoint nothing was really that close, especially in light of the busy nearby streets. But the nearest, a Subway sandwhich shop just down the road, worked out okay for dinner that evening.|Overall, a good stay, and we'll consider the CI&S again next time we're in town.

Near the airport, room was spacious and clean. A big thank you to the front desk (Vanessa and Aleida), both were very professional and addressed every question with patience. Also a big thank you to Gricelda, the breakfast was delicious. This hotel has a great team.

Positive: It's location to the airport and the friendliness of the staff. Negative: At 2 a.m. the refrigerator began making a weird buzzing sound. I called the desk and was told if I had called sooner I could have changed rooms I slept little from then,.especially when a small dog nearby barked the rest of the night. Staff was great.

My wife booked 2 rooms for Dec 28th for our family to stay one night at the hotel. We had a medical emergency for our youngest daughter the morning of the 28th and had to bring her to the ER. We knew we weren't going to be able to make the trip so my wife called the hotel and spoke to the manager to try to either get our money back or change the date to a later one and the manager would not do either. He said he would have worked with her if she had booked it directly through the hotel and not through Priceline. This is Bad customer service. So we have to pay $250 for rooms we did not get to use because we tried to save money by booking through Priceline. If you ever want us as a customer in the future, you need to refund our money. That's no way to treat a customer. That should be illegal. This was a situation we had no control over.
