I stayed over for two days. The rooms were really clean. They didn’t really have any problems. The only thing I wish they would’ve let me do is check in early the front desk lady said they don’t have an update till 1:30pm.

Love this hotel. Just discovered this brand of hotel. We are usually Hilton customers. Storm forced us to stay somewhere with very little planning. Turned out to be a fortunate situation! Huge, clean, comfortable rooms, bathtub, wonderful breakfasts. These are our new favorite chain!!! LOVE them, high end accommodations at about half what we pay for a similar room with Hilton. And let me say the breakfast is GREAT, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal selection, breads, bagels, fruit, yogurt, make your own waffle, juices and coffee etc. Most other places the breakfast is 😑. This place is 5 ⭐️

The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. However, the strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was overwhelming. We were moved from the third to the fourth floor due to the odor, but it was still an issue. Traveling with young children in this environment is concerning, as they could be exposed to the smell all night

Rocky start as I booked through Expedia after midnight… duh- reservation was for the next day. So I paid a bit more on the spot for the price. The quality convenience and service was not only beyond expectation: truly one of the nicer straight forward hotels I’ve stayed at. No great frills but clean and well-kept, utterly quick and convenient. And then I get to speak of the service… I’ll be at I felt the utter fool for my late night, oversight booking so late (> midnight), and the reservation being set for the next day… I would like to shout out to Lindsey who I met covering the night shift. Outstanding service! Kind, intuitive, and proactive.. simple easy things you may think, but the small things make the whole. I hope management hears and appreciates this.

Reception floor smelling like marijuana and all my floors reeking of cigarettes, despite being a non smoker hotel. I'm not a smoker and I actually abominate the smell, so it was a hard two-nights stay. I believe other guests were smoking in their bathrooms, because the smell came most from my bathroom vents. Terrible experience. Limited options for breakfast. Many years ago I had a wonderful experience at another Country Inn, but unfortunately not this time.

I had a Terrible terrible terrible (x10) experience, just awful the cabinets were broken the room was dirty so I had to ask for a new room that one really wasn’t any better. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It’s so gross it’s like a motel 6. I was even scared to eat the complimentary breakfast with my family so we all packed and left. We also had to leave everything we owned because my niece saw a roach. This hotel has gone so down hill I remember coming here as a little girl thinking it would be just as nice now. NO DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO EMBASSY SUITS ON NW EXPRESSWAY! MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE I JUST CAME HERE THINKING I GOT A NICE DEAL BOY WAS I WRONG ID RATHER PAY EXTRA MONEY JUST SO I CAN SLEEP AND EAT PEACEFULLY!!

We had never stayed at this particular branded hotel. WE LOVED IT! It was super clean, spa pious and a great base for exploring. The staff was warm and welcoming and gave us great suggestions. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We definitely will continue to go to this hotel. Really good experience

This used to be my go-to place to stay in OKC, but after my recent stay, I won't be back. I felt unsafe and it felt like I was staying at "back end of town" type Motel 6. It wasn't the usual higher standard environment and especially not for the money! Don't be fooled by the good reviews. It used to be true, but not so much now.
