I always start by reading the negative reviews when booking a hotel—does anyone else do that too? With this place, there were a number of less-than-glowing comments, but our experience was so positive it felt like we stayed somewhere entirely different.
The location is in an industrial type area but alongside multiple other hotels, and 24 hr security it felt safe and stayed quiet throughout our visit.
The price value was great, well worth it for the quality we experienced. The room was clean, fresh, and spacious, with bed linens that were spotless and soft, paired with super comfortable pillows and a bed that made it hard to leave.
The bathroom was spotless too, with bright white, fluffy towels that looked and felt brand new, and toiletries that smelled fantastic. Melanie at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Henry, the shuttle driver, was awesome—he got us to Bricktown, the downtown tourist area near the tour boats (which I recommend!) in no time and picked us up after a quick call and just a short wait. I skipped breakfast, but my traveling companion enjoyed it and had zero complaints.
We would’ve loved to stay longer to explore more of Oklahoma City.
One small downside was the lack of a luggage trolley, which made moving bags a bit of a hassle. But honestly, it was a minor inconvenience that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. This place was a gem for us—don’t let those reviews deter you from giving it a try.

I've stayed here on three different occasions, and for good reason.

The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. You're even given a full kitchenette.

The staff is polite and friendly, the location is best you're going to get in regards of dealing with anything U O/Hospital related.

The breakfast spread is impressive and truly worthy of being labeled a buffet.

If you want a solid, safe and comfortable hotel choice, this be it.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Phone didn't work. Although there was a kitchenette, it had no plates at all and only 3 forks. We asked reception and gave us paper plates and bowls. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Overall, good value. I would come back.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, honestly but it seemed just fine to us, especially for the price. Conveniently located near Bricktown and Bass Pro. What made this place great was the complimentary shuttle rides to and from the hotel. Henry chauffered us all over the place and gave great recommendations on things to see. Not sure who exactly he is employed by, but he needs a raise! Not having to worry about parking really helps you enjoy your stay.

🤬 I asked for clean sheets and ended up getting a dirty pair that had hair and makeup on it and had to go back downstairs to get another pair of sheets and they didn’t have any pillowcases.
At this point, just bring your own sheets and something to clean the room cause you’re just gonna have to do it if you’re gonna stay there.
I do not recommend this hotel. 1 ⭐️ 👎🏽

I booked the hotel for my daughters birthday through their website. For a double queen suite we walked through hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Get to our room and the pull out couch was dirty and broke . The place was dirty, dog food laying by the window in the floor . The walls had some kind of liquid poured down the wall. The phone didn’t work . The bathroom has damage and dirty. Stained towels. Not sure if I and my friend was allergic to their soap or what-but we itched all night. . Also location isn’t great its view is rock quarry Dolose/ also junk yard. A lot of homeless roaming around parking a lot. There is 3 other hotels all crammed together in a tiny spot.it not in bricktown but a mile away. I’m disappointed the pictures on the website doesn’t match the hotel I paid &189.00 for the room. I will definitely chose another hotel and wouldn’t recommend to my friends and family

We first had issues with the washer and dryer. Had to go downstairs to report the issue and was given a refund. It took money and would not work. So we had to go to another floor. After paying for 2 drying cycles are close are still not dry! We go to take a shower and the shower is stopped up and will not drain. Called the front desk and was offered to change rooms as 10pm which we could not do due to it being late and our child was already asleep. Then in the middle of watching TV it goes out, showing no signal. We again call the front desk and was told there was some sort of issue. Front desk said they could give a refund and then said because it was booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they could not help us, we’d need to reach out to them. Reached out to Expedia and they contact the property who told them they would not give us a refund or honor anything!

Bathroom Faucet was wobbly caused me to get my shirt wet. The Front Desk Reception that checked me in was ok i didn’t feel like she was genuinely friendly it was like a fake it until i make it type of interaction. The Red Chair in the room was OBVIOUSLY filthy the carpet was dirty i did not want to walk bare foot on the carpet. found strands of hair after pulling back the cover so I asked for another blanket. No Blow Dryer hallways smell weird other than that my stay was ok.
