Me and my fiance book a room 9/ 20/ 2024 thru 9/21/2024. The front clerk gave us room 130 first. However once we enter the room the smell was overwhelming. We admittedly sprayed perfume to killed the smell. However once we did get settled in we noticed a roach was crawling on the wall. We smashed it in the wall as we were looking around the room we noticed another roach on top of the refrigerator.My wife was upset and wanted another room. I went to the front desk to explain to her we would like another room. However we was given another room 112. Which also had a funny smell to it. And we noticed the bed by the window did have a saggy area in it. After a long day in the road I was tired and just wanted to lay down. The next morning we had too attend a funeral. And decided we will not be staying an extra night and would like a refund. This property was not up to standard. And we will not be staying here ever again

We stayed one night on a cross country trip. The entire experience was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were some of the best I slept on while traveling. They offered a good hair products and lotion. It was centrally located and very easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again.

Courteous front desk , clean room , ac is cold , water nice and hot with good pressure in the showers , great cable tv , breakfast could use some work but great location close to all the gyms shopping centers gas station and gyms, me and my work crew will definitely be staying here again when working in town.

I’ve stayed at multiple Country Inn and Suites and this was the worse by far. The hotel was very dated and had a weird smell. Once in the room I was very disappointed by the condition…the chain lock on the door was broken, the tub/ had cracks and was dingy. There was only one chair which was the desk chair and our room faced the street…don’t not make that mistake as the noise from the traffic can be heard ALL NIGHT LONG! Although the staff was polite and the breakfast was adequate, I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

This place is overall just amazing. Staff, rooms, food, quiet, just a great place to stay

The place is old and dirty, pics on website did not represent the room we stayed in. The pics looks bright and fresh when in fact our room was old, dark and dank with a weird smell. Worst breakfast at a County Inn I have ever had, very little selections. Left early after 1 night, staff were very nice and accommodating, they were the only good thing.
