This place is pretty rough. Thankfully the room was big and the bed was comfortable! But the hotel smelled of stale smoke and it just needs a makeover. We stayed because of a volleyball tournament. I definitely would look elsewhere. The location of the hotel is great. Lots of food places within walking distance! But not enough for me to want to stay again.

5 stars across the board. Exceptional service, food prep, breakfast menu execution. Brilliant, bright staff are ready, competent and quick to respond. I spent lots of time in much more expensive properties. I'd match this crew against anyone!

The staff at this hotel are amazing. I left something of value in the room and they looked for it immediately and walked me through the steps to get it shipped back to me. The location is great with at least 5-10 restaurants within walking distance. Pool area and jacuzzi are nice. The only downside is the rooms feel a little outdated and the beds are hard. However, the excellent service made up for that.

This place was comfy, safe, and a great stay! The staff was extremely kind and helpful when it came to extending my stay. My room was even upgraded for free! I would definitely return to this hotel and tell others to stay here!|The hotel room was spacious, had all necessary equipment and toiletries. I had a view to the pool side and great AC. There was a tv in the little living room area and another one in the bedroom.

The sheets didn't fit the bed and popped off at night. The bathroom tub was disgusting! When I turned on the shower a blob of hair came up out of the drain, so I had to clean the tub to shower. Then the drain didn't drain and I was standing in dirty water. The only good thing about out stay were the 2 young men working the front desk. They were very nice!

The room shows signs of wear and tear.
The carpet is dirty with major stains.
The wall paper in the bathroom is peeling away and is also stained. The sink is well over due for replacement and grout in floor is almost black in places and should be grey. Lamp shade looks to have taken a beating as well.. And the common area furniture is worn as well.
Breakfast was good and ample.
The hotel area is loud due to its proximity of the highway.

Pretty disappointing. Sheets were not changed from previous guests (hairs in bed we hadn't slept in), stained mattresses (which I wouldn't have known but the sheets didn't fit and kept snapping off the corner), stained bed skirts amd floor. Garbage found upon entering the room for first time. This was our room, friend of ours found drug paraphernalia and questionable looking stains in their rooms. Patio area and pool were nice. Wasn't interested in eating the breakfast buffet after the room status. This was set up through a 3rd party booking otherwise, we would not be staying here. Especially with kids. Yuck.

The front desk agents were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a standard breakfast but served it's purpose. The room was run down. Shower dripped all night long. The bed was very soft and the pillows were tiny. I had to use 3 of them while sleeping. Nothing amazing but I have stayed at worse places.
