The hotel is in a great location off I-95. The problem was the beds. I have never had such a bad night’s sleep. The mattresses were set on top of an iron frame. The bed squeaked all night with every movement. It was hard as a rock. I have never seen a set up like that. They play Fox News on the lobby tv, which is inappropriate for a business catering to the general public.

Well almost a week ago, I chose this place to get some sleep for a few hours while traveling back to VA from Miami. I just needed to rest for a while and I checked in about 6am. The man at the front desk told me that the lady working the front desk after his shift should be able to help me with a late check out. Also he told me that the pool was heated because I wanted to take a swim when I woke up before I got back on the road. Well he lied because the pool was definitely not heated and the woman working after him absolutely refused to accommodate us with any type of late check out. Told me if we were in the room past noon then we would be charged for another night. She was very rude and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Her name was Terri. Never experienced a Country Inn & Suites so unaccomodating and a front desk person so rude! I even have a disability and it takes me a little extra time to move around due to limited mobility. I explained this to her and she did not care one bit. She needs to be retrained on how to treat guests who stay at this hotel. I normally stay at Hilton properties but will occasionally stay at a Country Inn & Suites or a Best Western Plus. This was absolutely ridiculous! The place was decent and seemed to be fairly clean so didn't have any issues as far as the room. I suppose it's alright if you're looking for a short stay or just overnight. Just be sure to expect a cold pool, a rude front desk clerk, and no extra accommodations. One of the worst hotel stays I've had in a long time!

The property exceeded expectations. While online reviews were mixed, my experience was positive. As a contractor for the department of Defense, I've stayed at numerous hotels, and this Country Inn & Suites consistently ranks among my preferred choices. I would certainly stay here again.

Where do I begin. This place is a depressing dump. I’ve stayed in a lot of country inn and suites this one has no words. The beds are a single mattress on a platform with a bed spring. The first room they gave us the springs were so noisy that anyone sleeping or sitting on bed every time I moved the noisy springs spoke. We had to change rooms. Woke next morning to sore backs. The breakfast if you want to call it that was bad. Juices watered down. No yogurts fruit etc that you would expect at a hotel. Nothing in this hotel was appealing. Bare bones treatment.

This place is horrible and not worth the money. The first room we were assigned had a prerolled joint paper, dirty towels across the shower bar, and crab( food) in the fridge. This was a huge issue as my daughter who was traveling with me has a severe fish and shellfish allergy. She has an Epi-pen for it. So we immediately went back downstairs and explained the issue. The guy at the front desk said- oops looks like cleaning missed a little. Sometimes that happens. Here try this room. - I mean really WTH with the don’t care attitude. The second room was only marginally better. It had a used bar of soap on top of the cabinet holding the towels, small little ( silverfish like) bugs in the bathroom ( not bed bugs), the room smelled funny( this was from a water leak on blinds cause mildew), the door security lock was broken( not great for single mom and daughter), and there was a margarita in this fridge. We checked the beds to make sure those were clean and just decided to stay because it was late, changing rooms again didn’t seem to help, we were hungry, and had already traveled 14 hours that day. We did take the margarita down to the front desk on our way to get food. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the were not on site. I asked for them to call me and the guy said uh sure. The next day breakfast was a joke. No juice or milk, no yogurt or fruit, ran out of waffle batter ( daughter did get enough out to make a little one). I again asked to speak to the manager and was told again not on site. At this point I called the booking company we used- Hotels.com- they were unsuccessful at reaching a manager as well. I was told they would continue to try to reach the manager for resolution. We checked out ( without showering) and finished the drive to my daughter’s school. The booking company tried for two weeks and a manager never responded to their phone calls or emails, so they closed the case and unresolved ( no refund or partial refund since no contact with the manager). I will provide pictures below that I have on my phone. My daughter has the rest that I will happily give to the corporate office. It truly was bad!

This place was foul. Dirty bathrooms, hair on the floors…. rooms were not clean. Shoe prints on the sheets. Would never stay here again. I suggest you go to another hotel.

Our room was dirty, bathroom floor was dirty, bathtub floor was dirty & no bath mat. One of the two beds had crumbs from the previous occupant & the sheet was stained. Back to the bathroom,, the shower towel that I selected was also stained.

I advised the attendant @ checkout & she apologized & would advise mngmt. I requested a refund & was told cannot due. However, she said that a $10.00 credit would be processed. To date this has not been received.

Place is a complete joke! Warning do not stay here, especially if you use Priceline/expedia/or booking. Arrived at 12:30am at night to checkin, front desk told my wife and I that our reservation isn’t showing up and there’s nothing we can do but call booking. Charged us twice for the same room since they couldn’t find our reservation because of some”system error”. Called choice hotels corporate number only to be hung up on two times and nothing resolved…..all while 4 kids are hungry and tired! WORST EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY HAS EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. We were better off just going somewhere else and if the kids weren’t half sleep we would be leaving right now! Complete waste of time and money!
