The hotel staff are nice and considerate, and the rooms were clean. However, they do not care about their pool room. We just tried to go for a relaxing swim and there were a lot of kids in the pool room. I understand kids get rowdy, but these kids were screaming at the top of their lungs constantly. We had some kids with us, and toys too. The kids that were there stole some of them. Absolute trash people, and no exterior management from the hotel, or the missing parents of the kids. Completely ruined the rest of the stay, because they would not leave.

Reviews have all been saying friendly staff. ||I concur, staff were all so helpful and friendly! Good breakfasts, clean environment. ||The mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but the bedding was very clean.||We brought our dog, and I wish we'd remembered that he needed a room with carpeting to walk around without feeling nervous from sliding on the wood flooring. Had to buy a rug for him. ||Other than that, very comfortable and relaxing trip! Worth your money!||||

The hotel is well maintained and clean as can be. The management and staff do a great job interacting with customers and fulfilling requests. We enjoyed the hospitality and their attention to detail. Our room was spotless, the beds and linens were comfortable and the amenities well maintained. The property is well lit and secured. One of the best parts of our stay is the cookies that they hand make. The entire lobby smells like Grandma's during the holidays. Thanks for a great stay!

The rooms are spacious but a bit worn out. We were on the second floor and every night we could hear people stomping above us which woke us up throughout the night. The staff was friendly and they have a free breakfast (there aren’t any healthy options so we didn’t eat it but it’s nice that they offer it). The location was convenient for our trip so overall we’re satisfied with the stay.

We were in town for a competition and decided to stay here. It was convenient to where we were going and was nestled in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Several places to eat that were walking distance, including a nice Mexican restaurant.

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff member and offered a warm homemade cookie. The lobby was clean and had that country cabin look with a center staircase as the focal point.

Parking was spacious and we were able to park fairly close to the front door both days. Our room had a perfect view of our vehicle.

There was a pool and hot tub, which we didn't use but we looked at them. There were always people, mostly kids, in the pool.

The room was clean and comfortable and passed my usual hotel inspections for uninvited pests. The shower had good water pressure and the AC kept the room adequately cool.

Both mornings, we had breakfast in the lobby which included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as the usual muffins, toast, fruit, cereals, etc.

Overall a great stay. You may be wondering why I only gave it 4 stars. I would give it 4.5, but that is not an option. The coffee selection and taste left a little to be desired and that is something I look forward to in the mornings, luckily there were some coffee shops nearby. Lastly, I noticed in the elevator that the inspection certificate had expired in 2023. If that concerns you, you can stay on the 1st floor or the 2nd and use the stairs.

The lady checking us in was rude and short with us. I asked to extend my stay 1 night, online the Sunday night rate was $93, she said nope $110 and just glaired at us. I told her I just checked and it's $93, she could care less so I awkwardly paid it. Terrible customer service. She didn't tell us anything besides "no smoking". I was never told about the $100 deposit that was charged. The 1st room we had was horrible. Mold in the shower and sink, glass shards under the desk, crappy curtains and room right next to the parking lot with talking people outside all night. When we woke up the next morning I asked for a room with a tub since I have a baby and wasn't going to put her in a moldy shower. We changed rooms (with the super nice AM worker) and the room was better but still not up to par with the price of this stay. Still mold in the sink. Breakfast was questionable, iv never seen eggs look like those and we wernt about to try. We stuck with toast. A few wedding party guests stayed here and we all shared horror stories at the wedding of each of our terrible experiences. Would definitely never stay here again.

We have stayed at this location several times over the years and every stay has been excellent. Never had any problems. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and the cost is reasonable.
