Overall a good price for the experience, I was pleasantly surprised! Room was clean, the hotel feels safe, easy check in. They have cookies and tea/coffee available in the lobby which is really nice. Good pool and hot tub with late hours which I appreciated, because we like to go late after the kids are gone. Only reason I took off a star is that the breakfast is far below average.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment we checked into our room, it was clear that housekeeping had fallen short. On our first night, I was shocked to find hair in the tub and an empty bag of jerky, along with a strawberry, tucked behind the couch. I informed the front desk about the cleanliness issues, letting them know that I had taken care of the mess myself, but felt it was important for them to be aware of the poor housekeeping standards.

The following day, things only got worse. My 14-year-old son was looking for his wallet and discovered a large cucumber under the couch. I can only imagine how it got there, but the fact that it was there at all raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of their cleaning staff. This level of uncleanliness is unacceptable.

I reported this incident to the front desk again and requested a call from the General Manager, especially since there wasn’t one available at the location that day. They sent housekeeping to "retrieve" the cucumber, which was just as awkward as informing them of the incident. The general manager authorized the hotel staff to refund 10% of the cost of our stay, which seems less than sufficient in this matter. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and basic hygiene in a hotel. I sincerely hope they take these concerns seriously and improve their cleaning practices. For now, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff was helpful and friendly but the rooms feel even smaller than a motel room. Paper thin walls can hear everything next to you and above you . This one is next to a very busy road heard cars and trucks driving fast all hours of the night and the train is close by you will hear the train all hours of the night . Single pane windows are a joke . Bring ear plugs if you want to get any sleep but they don't help much cause you can feel the foot steps above you and all around the room .

Decent hotel. Good location for my needs this trip. Check in was easy. Room appeared to be clean- holes in comforter, shower has a tiny "sweet spot" to get hot water (wife's 1st shower ended up being a cold one). Included breakfast was varied and as expected for standard hotel fare.

Positive: It has all the amenities I'm usually looking for in a hotel stay. Negative: The first room we were given had a nasty yellow stain on the sheets of one bed. They did move us to another room after we complained.

The staff was nice but the room was terrible. There was a terrible smell of urine and the room was filthy. The carpet was gross and the restroom was disgusting. Very outdated and stains everywhere. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I got an allergic reaction and had to check out early. They did offer to move me rooms but my experience was ruined by that nasty smell. They are overpriced for something so dirty and outdated.

The rooms were clean, beds were clean and pillows were decent. These are the most important requirements. The breakfast served is more than continental as they have eggs, waffles, bisquits.

Bathroom needs updates, water temp fluctuates between hot and cold, outlet didn't work, lots of chipped paint and cracks in wall. Travel size toiletries on the lower quality. Rooms were also on the smaller side.

Easy to get to off I40 and conveniently located if you're heading north out of Flagstaff. Nothing fancy. No frills. But the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was about what you'd expect for free hotel breakfast.
