I work in enid pretty frequently, that being said I've stayed at this hotel 2 nights in a row prior to this one and many times before.

I have zero complaints about the rooms and the breakfast is amazing. That being said I do have complaints about the service. I regularly request the first floor due to some health issues. The two night prior to this, while I did have to push a bit the second night, I did get my rooms changed to downstairs (even after requesting it on the reservation), today however there was a young lady by the name of katlynn who said she was in capable of changing rooms and only her manager was (i received the "idk if it will let me change rooms" .) So i asked for the manager and was rushed through the process with no address to my request for reasonable accommodation. I did not receive a first floor even though according to Kaitlyn it would have been a downgrade. Being a diamond member (not that this matters) I usually don't receive this kind of push back for a room change due to medical, but I figured I'd put this out there for future guests to be wary of.

Overall the hotel is great, the customer service however is definitely lacking.
I had to edit this review To include that one member of staff could use more training. As the first night I had zero issues. Again I also don't want to take away from the hotel. Good rooms, great breakfast.

Where do I begin. |I avoid leaving bad reviews as no where puts their best foot forward every time. Things happen. I tried to resolve the issue directly with them and had zero luck. So here we are.|First thing we noticed was the fire door out the back lobby was locked AND tied close. This is a huge safety issue!|Hotel room was filthy from the linens (all HEAVILY stained) to the mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. Toilet did not work correctly (a weak flush is an understatement) and due to that it easily clogged. This of course happened at 9PM. Attempted to call down to the front desk. No answer to multiple attempts. Finally went down to find (I kid not) the desk clerk with her feet up on the desk watching videos on her phone. Even after leaning against the desk I had to clear my throat for her to finally, annoyedly, look away from her phone. I explained the situation, asked for a plunger (I kindly didn't expect her to clear it herself). She, again annoyedly, got up from the desk and went to the back maintenance room for a few moments before coming back out saying she couldn't find one but would look elsewhere and call my room to let me know whether she found one or not. Waited 30mins and still no response. Finally I go back to the front desk to find her feet kicked up on desk again watching videos at which point she told me she couldn't find one. I asked to be moved to a different room. She said she was unable to do that and just shrugged her shoulder as if not her problem. I ended up driving to Walmart to buy a plunger and cleared it myself so we could have a functioning room. Couldn't even use the pool bathroom as the door was swollen from humidity and would not close all the way.|The next day I requested someone contact me about having to buy a plunger myself to fix THEIR toilet as well go over my other concerns. I was assured the manager would call me. It never happened. Made 3 calls and 2 email/messages over the course of two weeks to the hotel and was always reassured manager would call me back. Never happened. Called the 800-number. Was told they could do nothing at the corporate level and I'd have to contact the hotel directly. I explained I made repeated attempts to do so already. They finally told me to dispute my credit card charge!|These are just some of the stains and mold in the room, there were many many more areas.

Clean, nice, but no courtesy bar soap in room. I prefer the bar of soap over free shampoo, the shampp is nice. We arrived late at night and I had packed sanitizer. We bought our own bar of soap the next day.
Walmart is 2 blocks over. That is the only reason for the 3 v. 4 stars. Breakfast included, and has a simple but a good selection. 12pm checkout is a plus. You don't realize how much you rely on the hotel to supply that little bar of soap until you need it and you don't have it.

I am very disappointed with your employees. I had nothing but problems after arriving at this property. My kids couldn’t swim in the pool, not only was it disgusting, there were adults using very inappropriate language to and about my son (he’s 8). The room next to us had a party going on in it. We got no sleep. After calling the desk multiple times and physically going down to the desk for her to do absolutely nothing about it. We started banging on the walls. 8 people left that room with 2 chairs and a crib on wheels with a baby in it. Then the next morning housekeeping tried to come in the room at 10 am and gave me attitude that I was still in the room. You guys sent me a text saying check out was at 12. If that’s not true then you need to stop sending texts saying that. Will never return. I’m disgusted.

Positive: It was clean Negative: There were NO towels at all. She actually went to the hotel next door to borrow 2 towels. The front desk was clueless as to how to help anyone. She didnt know how to make an extra key.

Positive: Good, safe location, excellent breakfast, & friendly staff Negative: Coffee maker busted. Refrig was so noisy it kept me awake.

We stayed here for the weekend and overall had a good experience. There's not much to add. Every time we needed something, they helped us out right away. Breakfast is pretty good! We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: "" Negative: Milk served for breakfast was expired by a week. The pillows on the bed were actually half pillows - not comfortable at all!
