I had to book a room here for my elderly mother when her home was being repaired. The staff were just amazing to her as I couldn't be there to assist her. Wanda at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The housekeepers were also just as amazing and helpful to her. She was very well taken care of here so I would highly recommend this hotel. As for the room and breakfast, my mom was very complimentary of both. She also stated the hot cookies they gave out just made her day.

I checked into the Country Inn and Suites in El Dorado, Arkansas on 3/21/25 late in the evening and noticed a few stains on the carpet and a general "run down" appearance of the room, but the bed linens appeared clean and we were tired so we just went to bed. In the morning with the light of day we noticed all the disgusting things in the room. The carpet was terribly stained in multiple places and the upholstery on the chair was worn and stained as well. We had two rooms and in one room there was a hole in the bathtub and someone's leftover food in the fridge. We requested a refund for the second night and told them we would not be staying any longer and checked out at noon on the 22nd. The girl at the front desk got very defensive and snippy and argued with me about the state of the room. We requested a refund for the second night as we checked out early and were denied. I have stayed in hotels all around the world from hostels to 5 stars and this was by far my worst experience. Zero stars.

We were in town for a funeral.

Positive: This hotel is conveniently located right off of the highway. Customer service is GREAT and the beds are very comfortable.

Negative: This hotel is dated and NEEDS cleaning. The linens, towels, and carpet were stained. The original white towels looked tan.

Dirty sheets, they have roaches, the pool was dirty, and all the comforters need to be replaced as they have holes and bad stains both black and yellow, along with their towels. My entire family stayed there we had 10 rooms in all and every room had stains on the covers even the replacements that’s were called for. Afterwards we asked for replacement towels and had to wait for them to wash the ones we had to get those back. Do not recommend.

The room was clean, tv worked, fridge was cold, bed was hard, pillows were perfect for me but hubby likes bigger ones and the shower….what can I say…..it was nice and hot and the power behind it was great…came out hot and forcefully. I would stay here again just for the shower lol. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, eggs, biscuits, chicken strips and white gravy with very small pieces of scrambled sausage in it other then that it was the normal waffles and cereal, no bacon or ham or link sausage available. We slept good I guess…hubby says I snored all night even though my inspire was on and active. lol all in all yes we would definitely stay here again.

We are traveling cross country and back on motorcycles and end-of-the-day-sleeps are everything. We've stayed at a couple other Country Inn & Suites and they seem to be very consistent.

Great hotel, super nice guy at front desk who did not bat an eye over my frantic explanation about my accidental double booking. He fixed it with a smile, even though it was supposed to be non refundable.

The beds are perfect, pillows soft, not seeming packed tight with straw like some places. Shower pressure was the best we've had on the road. Almost like being power washed!

The free breakfast to start the day was plentiful, enough to get us started. Onward!

We stayed at this hotel on our way back home after traveling to see family for an unexpected trip. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was standard yet filling. Shower experience was good with great water pressure and temps. Overall good experience and would stay again. Air in hotel room worked well and our time at the hotel was quiet during our stay. Great job Country Inn staff. Thank you for being kind.

The room was not very nice at all. The sink was clogged, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the room just felt dirty and sticky. I wouldn’t stay here again. The service was very friendly and apologetic about the room issues and worked with us to resolve the clog and was willing to move us to a new room but warned the other rooms ac had received complaints and our room was cool so we decided to stick it out with what we had. We couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. The location was ok, for the general area and was easily accessible from the main road but it wasn’t a very nice or well kept location.
