This was a very nice hotel. It is very convenient to St. Charles Hospital and all the other medical facilities nearby. There is an excellent selection of eating establishments close by and even a Safeway. Did not hear noise from other rooms and the bed was very comfortable. We upgraded to a suite and had a fully stocked kitchen. Fresh cookies all day long!!! And fruit and fruit juices as well. We are going back to Bend soon and will stay here again.

Haven’t stayed at this property in years and it has changed names, but it is still just terrific. The location works perfectly for me, and the staff is amazing. Especially Kat at the front desk made my check in Experience great. I stayed in a pet room with my dog so my expectations of perfect cleanliness Are not always realistic.

The front desk lady who works here is incredible younger black hair.
Great service. Knows the area made great suggestions where to eat.
Made the stay significantly better and had such a warm personality.
Loved the goodie bags.

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. The girl behind the desk was very nice, I usually had some small need to ask her for everyday, nothing pertaining to the hotel but like a piece of tape one day, taped directions writen down to my dashboard, the next was a pen, well anyway the food in the morning was good, the coffee was great, my shower didn't run out of hot water and parking was easy over my several day stay.

Good room. Could have had a second chair in addition to the desk chair. The mattress sunk to the middle a bit but we still slept well. We liked the extra mirror hooked to the wall. Everything was clean and breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Except they had banana flavored waffles. Hotel was beautifully laid out.

Check in was east and quick, the people at this hotel are very kind. However, as soon as I went into the bathroom in my room that I booked there was feces smeared on the seat… I am very glad I looked before sitting down. I was not pleased about that at all, it just shows how “well” the rooms are being cleaned. So I used soap and a rag to clean it off of the seat. I wish there was a system set up to inform the cleaning service when people do and don’t check out. I was walked in on in my room by the cleaning service, I told them “I am in here” and she still had walked into my room, then apologized and left. The service was amazing, but seeing something like that on the toilet seat that was not cleaned, definitely had a very negative impact.

Above expectations- great rooms at extraordinary price, Join the resort card club and get extra items- water and goody bag. Breakfast was an added bonus.

Everything was comfortable and great! Staff were friendly! Breakfast was phenomenal! WiFi kicked butt! Definitely recommend staying here!
