I had a wonderful time. April is the best! She had a great attitude and was very welcoming every time we saw her. She made sure we knew about the restaurant and recommended the wings 10 out of 10 ! The hotel staff in general were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. And the shuttle service is great on time! Rooms and hotel were clean but the bed was a tad uncomfortable but nothing a few extra pillows couldn't fix. Would definitely come back if I'm in Atlanta!

This hotel is exactly what my wife and I needed. We had a red eye from Denver with a 2 year old and a 7 month old.

Our children screamed half of the time on the flight. When we landed in ATL we had an 8 hour layover so I searched for a hotel my family and I could sleep at from 5 - 10 am.

Thankfully I read lots of reviews and found the country in and suites. They had a shuttle from the airport so before even booking the room we hopped on the shuttle.

After arriving we were greeted by April and explained how exhausted we were. she understood right away and genuinely sympathized with our situation. Without asking she set a wake up call for us at 10 am. Couldn’t believe the reception we were given at this hotel.

My wife and I woke up and checked out with Tamara and she was a total sweetheart too. It’s so hard to find people who love their job and have enthusiasm. This hotel is 10/10

We had a great 3-night stay at Country Inn and Suites. Spacious and clean room with every amenity needed, very friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfasts. I appreciated the updated decor. They did an extra cleaning for us at our request, which was awesome. Only complaint was the highway noise at night, so bring ear plugs if that might bother you. Otherwise I highly recommend!

This is a great budget-friendly hotel. The front desk staff is excellent. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We especially love the Runway Tavern located directly behind the hotel. It's a great place to have a casual dinner and watch some sports on their many TVs. We had a little problem with the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel the night we arrived. The bus was picking up for 4-5 hotels and was very crowded (overflowing actually). The bus dropped off people at 3 other hotels before it got to Country Inn & Suites. This has never been a problem in the past when we have stayed here.

I missed my connecting flight and spent the night here. Room was very clean, recently updated, comfortable bed. Not ultra fancy but It met my needs. More importantly was the service. The night clerk was amazing: Very friendly, patient, courteous. She went out of her way to be helpful: She put my frozen fish from my fishing trip in freezer for the night; made a wake up call in morning to make sure I took shuttle on time. Star employee!! I hope her manager sees this and gives April a high five.

I stayed for a week and gave this hotel an overall 4 stars because I had a really great time here! The location was fantastic, of course, that was the main reason I got this hotel. I caught the shuttle from the airport and that was a very nice feature. They have a little restaurant attached with a pool table and the staff there are super nice (air hockey/darts don't work although they advertise these). The room itself was very clean, everything worked well, and I honestly have no complaints about the room.

Here's what took off (only) one star for me:
- having to go downstairs for the towel exchange (they do not give you fresh towels without you going to the desk)
- having to request housekeeping and they don't come until the 3rd day (unless you request)
- needing to use quarters for the laundry machine (minor but a nuisance)
- complimentary breakfast was not good (the eggs were soggy, the line for waffle machine is long, and more)
- sometimes the elevators had trash strewn about

While I let guests know this information, I want to also let you know that the stay was great for the value and I would absolutely come back. The things I mentioned above were minor and did not really take away from the experience. We got to eat free cookies almost everyday, the staff were very kind especially Tamara at reception and Mike at the bar. Parking is easy and free which is a plus and there is a gas station super close by.

If you want to try some good food nearby try Thai heaven close by 🙂

Not really sure why this place is below 4 stars, especially at the price I paid and saw advertised.

Before getting to the room, check in was quick and easy and the lobby is quite nice. There is a tavern open from 5p-2a with an enticing menu. I didn't try it, but it's nice to have as an option.

Once you get in the room, it feels much more expensive than it actually is. Most hotels with rooms this nice cost nearly twice as much as I paid. The bed is decent, not the best ever, but plenty comfortable. A nice desk, decent dresser, and ~36" TV provide good accommodation for shorter stays. The bathroom was really nice with a great shower. The only negative I can say about the room is the side closest to the interstate does let in more road noise than I'd prefer. It's not blaringly loud, but light sleepers may struggle with it.
