If you are looking for a comfy bed to sleep in without any luxuries and just your basic hotel needs, then this is the place. However, I must say that the hotel is in dire need of renovations. The facilities are a bit run down and the bathroom was fairly clean but I still showered with sandals on. The carpet in the hallway reeks of smoke. The staff were ok, breakfast was decent. Again, I paid low price for the hotel stay so I wasn’t expecting a fancy room.

Starting off with the absolute worst part of this place. SAFETY. When being told to go around the building to park we were told to go through the second door. This door was completely open at all times of the day and when we arrived at night. Regardless of whether or not this door was closed maybe later at night is irrelevant because it had no glass panels. I unfortunately did not get pictures but there are pictures from other reviews on here of the door. This is without a doubt a huge safety concern. If you value your safety do not stay here.
Easily the smelliest and shadiest places I’ve stayed in any country. When checking in the man at the counter told us breakfast was 6am-8am only. When we asked about the different times posted online and on the walls we got attitude saying that what he said was right. The carpet in the hallways reeked of smoke and was dirty. The room was gross and the toilet was broken when we got there. They did fix it when we told them but you’d think they would check before letting guests into the room. There was also no basic room service provided. Just don’t stay here find another hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As others have stated previously, please read the reviews of this place prior to booking. This was hands down the worst, most filthy accommodation I've stepped foot into in my life. The room we booked didn't appear to have been cleaned. There was mold on the bedspread, the lampshade had a nasty brown substance, the tub was brown with dirt and grime, and every surface had a strange residue.

We reported this with photo evidence to the front desk and they let us know that we would not be receiving a refund or a room transfer as we didn't report back to the front desk within 15 minutes of receiving our room keys.

The indian guy at the front desk gave horrible customer service. He was not only rude and dismissive, he also wreaked of sweat, alcohol, and cigarettes.

If you have the choice between choosing a motel and this place, choose the motel every time.

We ended up having to go to the comfort inn near the airport who had a much better standard of cleanliness and customer service.

This was beyond disappointing. Very gross hotel, smelly stained rugs, people barbecuing and partying and leaving the mess everywhere in the public spaces. Cigarettes on the floor. Walls in the room were bare except for questionable scuff marks & delapitated door frames. Don’t let the few good reviews fool you, this place is gross. We asked to switch rooms and he showed us an even grosser room and said it would cost more 🙁 I will never be back.

Checked in on a Friday around 3pm..Called front desk cuz the TV don't work..they came, it worked long enough for the guy to walk out, called them back and it is now Sunday morning and still No TV. Some of the lamps don't work..not much Hot Water. No room service at all (not even to take trash out) let's not forget they have a phone in the room but u can't call anyone it has no cord

Disappointing experience regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, as shown in the photos.
Hair in the beds, stains, damaged ceiling, rust, humidity and bad smell in the room.
Fortunately, the person at reception was kind and provided us with a new room that was a little better.

I stopped at this hotel to sleep through the night while I was driving out of Florida to evacuate for the hurricane. I am a 21 year old girl and traveling solo, and was genuinely terrified to stay at this hotel. I had to drive around the building to the back to access my room at almost midnight which I already did not like. There are doors to access the building all around the perimeter that are unlocked even late at night. And here’s the real kicker, the entrance to where my room was didn’t even have a door! Just some caution tape. AND the hotel only has one floor so basically you’re screwed. Then when I went to the front desk basically in tears mainly due to stress of driving all day and simply feeling unsafe, the front desk guy was annoyed at me for wanting to cancel my stay. Even rolled his eyes when I mentioned the broken door. Don’t wanna forget this part but the place was filthyyyy. Please read the reviews before you book it like I did🙏🏼
