Amazing place! Food was delicious and the portion sizes were very decent. Staff were very kind and welcoming, probably some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! I got the kids enchilada with a cinnamon tortilla, and I enjoyed every bit of it. My grandma got the baja bowl and she enjoyed it very much. 10/10, will come here again next I visit Tucson.

Love the atmosphere here. The food is great. My family loves it. My husband calls it a Mexican version of Subway. The food is always delicious and hot. Got told about this place from Dr. Truchan and her staff.

As a guy who has worked in hospitality, I'm always looking for that next level service. Being greeted at the door door held open followed by another smiling professional taking us to out table just blew me away. I felt like I walked into a 5 star hotel. Every employee seemed like they were happy to be there, not working no. But serving others. What an establishment. Great job! I'll be back.

The food here is great. I wish I could have given this place a higher rating. But my experience recently was so frustrating that it leads me to write this review. I visited at about 6:45pm on the night of January 1st. They didn't seem too busy, as there was only one customer in front of me. The employee finished putting together her meals, while I waited while other employees were putting together meals for what must have been take-out orders. The woman who helped the other customer then parked herself at the cash register while the men who were making the other meals, and who were right in front of me, never even looked up. Finally, I spoke up--after literally staring at this operation for 15 minutes. Only then did the man finish making my order. By then, was fumed and needed to eat quickly, since I had some place to be. As I was eating, I noticed that they must have finished up with those "to-go" orders, as there was no employee making meals, and no one in line. In other words, they really did seem to put call-in orders WAY ahead of the orders of the people in line, such as myself. To the manager of this restaurant: as a patron, the only thing worse than waiting unnecessarily is feeling that I am invisible to your staff. Wow, I really did feel invisible at that visit. I'll think twice before coming in next time, sadly.

Never dined in but our work often gets lunch catered by Costa Vida. Delicious food. Meat is cooked perfectly and never dry. Excellent salsas and guacamole. Our employees always rave about the food.

One of my favorite Mexican/American restaurants. Whenever there is one in the area, my dinner decision is made! This location is very nice and seems to be new. Staff were great and the food was delicious!

This place is amazing! It's the only one in Tucson now by the way. Service is always great. Sign up for the rewards app and get up to $4 off next order once you hit 50 points. They also offer a military discount of 20%. Most places don't even offer 10% off. I recommend the shredded beef burrito and get it enchilada style. The chips and salsa is also very tasty. They even have quesadillas and kids meal which all come with beans and rice.

Paid $7.99 for one steak taco which was delicious. Second time paid $31.47 for three steak tacos. Food was very good. Prices depend on who is working register not what is posted on menu. Asked for refund 2 weeks ago. Still waiting! Too bad because food and people who fixed it were good.
