These cookies are soft and delicious!!! Owner was accommodating and worked with me last minute. She made me 60 cookies with a 2 day notice. Only complaint I have is the edible paper the images are printed on. It is thick and hard to bite into without pulling the whole thing off the cookie. Most of our guests just pulled the paper off the cookie before they ate it. This paper did sit for over 24 hours on the cookies before they were eaten but still did not soften up. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!

Best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried many). Soft & delicious with the perfect cream cheese icing! The people that work here are so kind and offered to warm it up for me. And yes, it is better than Cinnabon

This was my First time here. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a Cinnamon Roll. It was worth the wait the Cinnabon Roll was Great. The owners were very nice I will be back. Thankyou again 😊

First time in there, seemed like a very clean and organized space. Felt as if my parents owned an industrial sized kitchen and I got asked what I wanted to eat for breakfast. Extremely friendly staff!! Will be going back :)) also $4 for a cinnamon roll is amazing, and they are HUGE

Amazing cinnamon rolls! All the reviews that speak to the deliciousness of these rolls are true. Copper Creek Cookies is a gem and deserves to be a must stop location for the area for anyone that enjoys cinnamon rolls! The icing is a smooth buttercream and the rolls are perfectly baked. They are firm enough to hold their shape but are so soft and cut so easily with your fork. There could always be more cinnamon filling but these are world class rolls!
