Definitely not impressed. Came here this evening with my family and there was nobody working here. We ate and were around for almost an hour and saw multiple people come and go and nobody was behind the counter. The ice cream was open and ready like someone was coming back but never saw anyone. Definitely not great business practices.

$7 for a tiny scoop of cookie dough. They had no ice cream, the only “toppings” were 2 jars with literal crumbs in the bottom. I think it was some sort of chocolate and oreos We saw the tiktok videos so we were excited to go and immediately the vibes were bad. Not even a smile. The person working barely got off her phone to take our order. The picture is half eaten but it doesnt even look good 😭😭😭

$6.45 for a half scoop of ice cream. Insane. This was at Union Grove in Waco. Other places give me much more for what I pay, I can get a $1 scoop somewhere else that also tastes better. This ice cream was not good at all. Had to throw it away. Poor costumer service as well. Never coming back.

Sad to say this place is not worth the try. I LOVED Dough Re Mi and wish they would have never partnered with this company. The cookie dough tastes nothing like the original company. Both flavors I got both just taste like flour w a crunch from the add ins.

If you have bought from Dough Re Mi unfortunately buying this cookie dough will only leave you disappointed.

This is the second time we tried to go to this place because we heard it was really good. First time it was closed but this time we couldn’t even tell if it was open. The tvs with the menu were off, the line looked half shut down and messy, and the one employee was on her phone and didn’t notice us. When they finally helped us we asked what flavors they had and they barely had any cookie dough left. If I was the owner I’d honestly be embarrassed. I will not be coming back again for the third time.

I hate that I’m doing this bc I’ve never left a negative review for anything but had the rudest customer service ever. She was very aggressive and when my sister asked a simple question abt what’s in the Irish cream she was told “I don’t know what do you think? It’s Irish Cream?” On top of that she got a basic chocolate chip cookie dough and it was very warm not cold at all and the staff punched in the price at the cashier and then turned around and walked away before my sister had even gotten to the cash register and when she said thank you the staff didn’t even look up or respond. Staff had to be at least 16 but she was acting like an 11 year old. No gloves and filled the small ($7) up half way and there was a light blonde hair in the ice cream. Used to be my go to treat place and I will not be coming back. 🫶🏼 - plot twist we are both sick and have thrown up a combined 5 times since splitting it so yay! Do not come here

I got 7 flavors shipped to me and they arrived very fast! Me and my mom had a little taste test with all of them and we found there were no bad flavors! (We didn’t get the oatmeal one so I wouldn’t know about that) We do agree though that these would be perfect if they had more salt. If you like your baked goods a little on the saltier side, you might find these bland. Overall very fun dessert to have!

I bought 4 flavors for my boyfriend & I & we loved all the flavors we got , we tried each flavor both as cookie dough & as cookies . We tried the original chocolate chip (which we agreed to be our favorite) , peanut butter , m&m , as well as cookies & cream . all 4 lasted maybe 2 weeks before we finished them
