A hidden gem in Bakersfield!
Con Azúcar Café is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service from a team that truly cares about making you feel at home. The space is beautiful, cozy, and filled with great energy.

The food and drinks are simply delicious — everything I’ve tried has been full of flavor and made with attention to detail. You can really taste the love in every bite and sip.

Definitely a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!

This was the second time coming here. The first time was good, had a coffee and a concha. It was delicious! Came back today with my husband and we ordered the chilaquiles! They were very good. I loved the whole presentation. And the hospitality of the cook coming out asking about the food. She said it was a new recipe and wanted to know our thoughts. We will definitely be back.

This place is so fantastic! I found Con Azucar Cafe on Tiktok and we decided to stop on our travels from Southern California. It was well worth the stop. I loved coming here!

The concha gigante & latte marzapan is so yummy! My husband loved his club sando! The chicken & pork tamales were okay.

Chris gave wonderful service and even gave us a free tamal which was very generous. The decor is beautiful and great music. We will definitely stop again!

First time customer at this cafe and let me tell you I really hope this place does well. The food was really good and their drinks were delicious. I also purchased a small concha and it was so soft and yummy. I called some family members right away so that they too can experience and enjoy what this cafe offers. Not only was the food good but the customer service was top notch, very friendly and informative. I’m looking forward to going again very soon hopefully tomorrow. This place can be addictive.

Very cute place with friendly staff. The menu is simple and attractive at first sight and the system of ordering up front is great! The torta is really good and so are the chilaquiles verdes. Just three suggestions that don’t jeopardize my review at all. One: maybe change the wording of the background at the swings to something more restaurant appealing or appropriate. Second: maybe offer the chilaquiles in a plate if it’s dine in to avoid over sogginess of the chilaquiles just because they are pron to get soggy all ready. The box they come in is very aqueduct for ToGo orders but not as much for dine in I feel. Third: the hot drink cup lids are not as reliable as they should be, especially for hot drinks. Not sure why, we want to say it was the cup or lid that just lost its sturdiness and cause the lid to not apply correctly leaving room for spill even after we tried to press the lid on right. The drink had to be consumed without a lid.

I will still support and come back regardless, just keeping the previous in mind and be understanding knowing this is one of the first coffee places to open on this side of town. I do look forward to bring my family, I’m sure they’ll like this place as well.

And btw, thank you for providing great service and a nice setting with a menu where the community can enjoy and socialize in reunion of their family/ friends.

This place is magical! The environment and the drinks are at a different level! Great costumer services, the coffee, hot chocolate and the avocado toast were amazing ☕️💯 I will definitely come back again soon!!!

Our first time going into Con Azucar Cafe ☕️ and was the best experience I had in awhile since it was our first time I asked the employee what he recommended and he make me his favorite drink exactly way he thought I would like it was amazing! Shaken Brown sugar espresso ☕️ the energy and environment was excellent will definitely be back soon!

I'm sadden about this one. Like alot a locals we looked forward to this opening. I can confirm & agree the drive thru & wait time sucks. The food isn't great atleast not good enough to have us come back. So far I've tried the Chilaquiles (lack sabor), the Avacado Toast Caprese, some BKfast sandwich & Mazapan drink. After 3 tries, I'm done. Esthetically it's cute, with cute cups but I need substance🫔☕️ more than just some cute pics 📸
