I'll start with the good; GREAT location, very friendly staff. We didn't use the pool, bar or restaurant but they looked really nice. The rooms...for the price...HORRIFIC. We were given a first floor room with paper thin walls. We heard EVERYTHING from the adjoining rooms and the hallway, which is between the pool/bar and restaurant that is open to the public, so all night long we heard people going back and forth. Felt unsafe. The rooms were very outdated and maybe clean? It was hard to tell. The room had an old, musty smell. I give the Marketing Person major credit, they did an AMAZING job on the website, making it look well worth the $500 I spent on a 2 night stay... I should've read the reviews first. The location was perfect; close to downtown, the beach and the Jet Express. Thankfully we didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

This hotel has a great location. Right across the street from the lake where there is a great restaurant with lakeside dining and a beach. The restaurant is Dock's Beach House. Jet Express is around the corner from this hotel less than the equivalent of two blocks.| The hotel itself has a great bar restaurant that serves food until 11 and is open until 2:30. There was a DJ there on Saturday night. The pool area up front also has a nice bar and entertainment. | The hotel lobby is very clean and updated, there is complimentary coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. | Our room was two connecting room to accommodate 8 adults. It was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. There was a bigger sized minifridge and coffeemaker. | This was my second stay here. I plan to book more short stays here in the future.

Awesome hotel, friendly staff. Nothing fancy, but just right. They had an adjoining room with a bunk bed and couch so our family of 5 got some great sleep for under $200 per night. The private beach across the street was a nice bonus.

Terribly dirty hotel. Our room had stained carpets. There was a straw left on the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. There was vomit splattered on the base boards, spots of vomit on the floor and down the front of the toilet. There was human hair on the sheets. |Pool is decent but they don’t allow you to bring even a bottle of water to the pool, you have to drink tap water from the bar. |The only positive thing I can say is that the restaurant attached to the hotel is good.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Reasonable price with a view of the lake and it seemed like there was plenty to do nearby. We only stayed one night because we were traveling.

I'm so mad I didn't read all the reviews about stolen credit card info, the hotel was the only place I have used this card and yup a few days later my card gets maxed out on Amazon, the room was disgusting, the floors filthy and food from probably when the place opened decaying in the bathroom by the shower it was awful and still continues to be an awful experience, fighting to get my card figured out. Highly recommend finding another place to stay!

Clean rooms and right across the street from the beach. Riverside Cantina is adjacent to the hotel; accessible from inside without having to go outside. Off The Rock is next to the pool, so you can have drinks while lounging by the pool. Definitely a great place to stay.

First time staying here and we liked it. It isn't a hotel with a lot frills but the pool, beach and location make up for that. The rooms are very simple. |They have platform beds, we were supposed to have 2 queens and they were the smallest queen size beds I've ever seen. They were as comfortable as can be expected for a platform bed. The air worked great, the room was clean and it was sufficient for our one night stay. ||The pool bar was fun and the bartender was excellent. The prices for drinks and food were pretty good. Drinks were $5-6 and our food bill was around $30 for the two of us. They had live music in the evening and I heard the pool was open until 11pm. ||We went across the street to the beach and had a drink at the beach bar. The beach is nice. Several chairs and not too rocky. ||The location was excellent, as it was right across the street from the lake and a 5-10 minute walk to town. We walked down there after dinner and checke out a couple local bars.
