Clever idea. Most of us would like to see the hourly pricing.
And if a certificate or something like a permit is needed
to produce a food to package and sell, who do those come from and how do you apply it
to the kitchens you provide?
Thank you. This is a needed resource.
And in the past, freezer space was rented as a locker for fresh frozen or otherwise items kept under a key held by the property manager.
This could be helpful, for many reasons, but I DK if anyone who has this.

We used Fred’s catering for our daughter’s wedding and Allen was great to work with. Food (fajitas) were fantastic. The food was ready at the time we had asked. Allen and his staff worked so hard and left everything so nice and clean which made our clean-up so much easier! My husband also uses Fred’s catering for his business lunches. Always good food and has a variety of menus to offer! We highly recommend Fred’s Catering!!

I have used Fred's Catering many times for various occasions over the last several years and I have always been pleased with the service and the food. I recently did a BBQ sandwich boxed lunch for 50 - and it came with the meat in one box and the bread and sides in another to keep the sandwich from being soggy. They were delicious and I appreciated the extra effort! the Alan is very responsive when I call and always on time with the delivery. It's a great value and I like to support local business!

We used Fred's Catering for my graduation party and I am beyond pleased! The food was delivered in a timely manner and everything tasted excellent! Guests made comments all night about the incredible tasting food! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get! Allen catered our wedding reception and we couldn't have been more happy with our experience with Allen and Fred's Catering! The food was delicious and the presentation was very professional and elegant. We had so many positive comments from our wedding guests with many going back for seconds and saving leftovers during cleanup ! Our only regret is that as bride and groom we didn't get to sit and enjoy our food as long as we wanted to. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fred's Catering to anyone planning a wedding or any formal event!

Fred’s Catering has been providing our church’s Wednesday night meal for several months now and, we could not be happier. We have about 150-175 members attend the meal on average and, Fred’s always makes sure we are provided a wide variety of excellent menus from which to choose.

The friendly and professional staff at Fred’s prepares outstanding meals, some from their kitchen and some from our kitchen. We love when they bring their entrees on site to prepare fresh from our kitchen. And, they are always so thorough in cleaning the entire kitchen when they are finished.

Fred’s works hard to shop around, finding the highest quality meats and produce to meet our budget. The food line is always prepared and ready for plating at the appointed time and, great care is taken to make sure the line looks as good as the food tastes!

My ministry has been working with Fred's Catering for many years. We usually hire them to provide the main meal for Passover Seders that I conduct in churches. They are always on time and the food is always great. Most of the churches end up using them again for other catered events because of the reasonable rates and great service. I highly recommend them to any church or organization that needs catering for your event.
