They are cheap. They don’t want to pay nobody to fix anything. There’s is no wi-fi and expect people to pay. There’s barely any hot water in the rooms. The lights in my room keep going out and lest not talk about the non stop running work in the bathroom

I only stayed here for one night but I will never make that mistake again. The beds were so uncomfortable and the room looked run down. The AC was broken and they have major bed bug issues. I didn’t even want to take a shower it looked so bad. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

|Best Hotel Manager I have ever met...Very Hardworking, polite and decent.... Have a complete control on the team and manage things in no time. Love the honky tonk bar area , they also have bar an grill sports bar an liquor store in the same parking lot. Close to convenience stores an other food places. It's isn't much to look at on the outside but I must warn you you would be very surprised at how decent the rooms are and also for a decent price in that town you can look elsewhere you will not find another deal like it and I'm going to keep going back for every birthday and for every getaway.. Very run down had to change rooms because an ac issue. The next room had an ac issue too. The Freezer freezes up and spoils your food. No tv, no phone, No cable, no stable Internet no TP when you need it. Pay 285 weekly wanted to switch to daily Because I planned on leaving the next day or so but wanted to charge me $60 before tax when it should only be $30 something. Changing payment to daily instead of weekly they want to double charge you. The only nice thing I can say is the houses keepers are very kind although I never used their cleaning services they were still nice. Gave me the vacuum when I needed it.

This is an old Inn that has recently been remodeled. The carpets and beds and furniture were all new. The staff was friendly and you could not beat the price. At first glace it might appear that it would not be a great place to stay but actually it was just fine and half the price of the other hotels in town. I would not recommend food at the Fountain Inn Cafe. The bar is on site and a good souce of entertainment in such a small town. The suites are simply two rooms with an adjoining door so we stayed in a regular room. They have cable, the TV is sort of small, they don't have hangers or coffee pots in the room. The cafe does deliver coffee to your room at least. There is a Waffle King and Huddle House just down the street. Again if you are looking for a bargain with the perk of a bar then this is your place. The doors do face the outside but have several locks on them as well. Everything else in the room worked. The room does have asmall fridge and microwave too.

Couldn’t be happier with my results they really have a good team up there that knows how to pull together and get stuff done great customer service yeah and the boss there really knows how to keep people happyI love the fact that they have the bar and a liquor store all in the same parking lot also can you play pool have fun with friends and you still don’t have to go nowhere keep up the great work definitely will be back next year

Clearly there are "inside employees" making GOOD reviews on here to make the standards of this hotel seem applauing..Mrs. Debbie R was a front desk clerk...I know this hotel....not once have I seen them "refurbish" it or upgrade. Throwing some paint on walls, isn't remodeling. The owners (Shaun Sharma) comments to a few of these reviews are a disgrace in the way he replies back to paying guest. Rather they enjoyed their stay or not you should take the critism and turn it into something better.

The people were very nice, accommodating and friendly; however, everything else about the hotel was horrible. I hate to leave a bad review, but I have no choice just as I had no choice but to stay in my room once I saw it. I arrived at 10:30 pm tired and DONE for the day so I just accepted the room, but it was awful. The room had a couch in it that was torn and so dirty and greasy that it was matted. The floor was the same...dirty and matted and there was also topical dirt and debris that a simple vacuuming would have taken care of. It was so gross that I was afraid to put my things down on the tables but there was NO WAY I was putting anything down on that floor. I was happy that I had brought my own pillows and was banking on the fact that the sheets were getting bleached, but the bedspread was scary. The bathroom was iffy and I was afraid to take a shower so I didn't. This hotel is only one step above staying in your car...next time all the hotels in Douglas are booked except for this one I'll know why and opt to stay 30 minutes away in Alma! Sorry to the nice staff, but GROSS!
