Very nice room. Super clean. Bed was very comfortable & there were plenty of pillows.
Buffet breakfast wasn't too bad, but limited selection of breads & fruit.

Only complaint is the terrible WiFi. I couldn't watch movies on my phone, or even listen to music. It was fine for browsing, but that's it.

This hotel is very old and doesn't look like it does in the pictures. They do not have any pantry to purchase any snacks or items you need like other Comfort Suites. The beds are a mattress on a platform, no box spring and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is dirty, we had a coffee stain splattered on the wall! Brown rings in the toilet, a stain maybe? Peeling wallpaper throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but NOT worth what I paid at all! I do not recommend staying here!

Customer service front desk person was absolutely wonderful. They gave me a room #206 after I completed the check-in, which was a pleasant experience. I walked into the room and it had a very strong burnt rubbery smell to the room I was only gonna be there for the night traveling for work so I didn’t wanna complain, but it was a very strong smell

Clean, comfortable and quiet (which was a bit surprising given its proximity to the highway), the staff at this hotel were cheerful, friendly and helpful when called upon.

The room was in good condition, clean and a nice size for two people. Common areas were kept clean and the coffee/hot water/lemon water in the lobby were always full and much appreciated.

The breakfast included is basic but had enough selection to keep both of us happy -- every hotel seems to have the same self-serve waffle station. It was always well stocked and replenished regularly.

Overall, I was really pleased with our stay here and would gladly stay again the next time I'm in the Portland area!

Great value hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was a little worn down but the indoor pool was great and the hot tub was nice too!

The hotel is okay. Basic comfort inn suites. But we booked there because they had a pool and hot tub. We were excited to take the kids down to the pool, and when we got there the hot tub wasn't working, the pool was warmer than the hot tub. But at least the kids get to swim. The night desk person was very nice and helpful with quite a few things. When I talked to him about the pool, he said he had reported it to maintenance and the owners two days prior, and nothing had been done. The owners should really keep up on those things because that is a big thing that people want when they are traveling. There breakfast was a normal help yourself thing eggs tasted like iron! So we settled for waffles and cereal. I have been at the other comfort inn suites in Portland airport, and that one is much nicer.

Margo.... This is the woman at the front desk and let me just start by saying she goes above and beyond and everything. Including explaining things. She really turned a whole trip around and was so amazing that I cannot put it into words. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights when we came to Portland. The room was large a d had a couch and chair and coffee table in addition to two queen beds. The breakfast spread was solid. Only issue we had was that our room was not made up while we were out on day one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a good location for the right price.
