Great location, great staff, super clean.
We stayed there on 7/26/24 on our way to Charleston, SC. Donna at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She also helped us book our hotel in Charleston too.

Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The gentleman that worked breakfast room never slowed down. He was either replenishing the breakfast items or cleaning. I do have to say it was the cleanest breakfast area I've seen in a while.

The room was very clean and fresh. The beds and pillows were great. There was just a small problem with the shower head. Donna wrote it down, and thanked us for the info. She assured us it would be corrected for the next guest.

We definitely plan to stop there on our next trip to Charleston. I highly recommend this location!

This is my favorite place to stay in Pell City! My family and I Love this place! The entire staff is Amazing. The rooms are very clean with nice furniture, comfortable beds, cute little couch, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, TV with good channels, cool a/c, and a well equipped bathroom with blow dryer, lotion, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and nose tissues. They have an Awesome breakfast too. They have biscuits with sausage gravy, fried egg, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk, blueberry muffin, different breads and bagels to toast, cereal, oatmeal, grits, plain waffle batter and either blueberry or banana nut waffle batter to make either mini waffles or a big one. They also have coffee, cocoa, and hot green tea. Love this place!!! Highest recommendation possible!!!

Very nice hotel. Seemed to be very clean. However, I saw a cockroach in my room. I killed it and called the front desk to report it.
The guy came, took a picture, and left. He didn't even take the cockroach! I had to flush it down the toilet. He said he would tell management. However, I have yet to hear anything about it. Not even an apology.

Very comfortable beds, great service, very clean and reasonable priced. Would stay again. Very good area and well trained staff. Had luggage carts available and elevator service to 2nd floor was fast. Woyld recommend this to anybody driving through that needed a room.

Little Foot

Kristen at the front was wonderful. We were coming back from Florida to oklahoma after surviving hurricane helene and it was a great choice. Friendly staff and clean room with breakfast in the morning! Kristen was my dragonfly through it all. Thank you for being so awesome

Great hotel. There is not one thing that I could say was a negative here. Mattress was comfortable, AC worked well and was not loud. Room was clean. Pillows were perfect.

Pros:The location is convenient by being just off the Interstate. The lobby and room was clean. Cons: The staff is hard to understand what they are saying. The road/outside noise is horriblly loud. Specifically asked for room away from elevator, stairs and laundry, got the room next to stairs and elevator. The mattress had a large hole in the middle. Woke up woth aches all over. ?
