Arrived at hotel and greeted by front desk. Check in was smooth. Wish the pub had been open at 3:00 but it did not open till 5:30. Got to our room and found that there was no lock on the bathroom door as it looked like it had been kicked in. The wood was all broken and there was no locking mechanism in the door. The handles were intact though. Went to wash our hand and the water pressure was nonexistent at the sink. We checked the water pressure in the shower and that was good. On our way out to the casino we stopped at the front desk and told the person there about the bathroom. No apologies or anything from them. They barely even acknowledged that we said anything or that they would address it. The breakfast in the morning was good and worth stopping for before you head out. All in all, it only deserves a three-star review. Not worth what they charge on the weekend at all. For $80 a night it is worth it but not for $170 a night.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 2 years, I do go to other hotels but this one check marks everything for me. They do take care of you as a family. The front desk service is immaculate, they are rapid to help you, in any kind of emergency.
It is also close and convenient to both of the casinos
Long story short, I would definetly recommend this place.

The pool was awesome it was very big and had enough space for my family. The fitness room is great for working out as well, it has different machines that you can use to work out and get a pump in. The rooms were also very well heated along with the pillows being very soft.

The room I stayed in was just ok. Stains on the carpet, curtains were dirty, tub had rust and dirty. The paint in the room is chipping and needs a fresh paint job. Definitely will not stay again

Positive: Room was clean and spacious . Bed very comfortable Negative: Very cheap appearance and everything was cheaply done . Flimsy silverware, shacky cheap tables etc. Rugs are not quality . Hotel done with cheapest products available. Also smells like curry and body odor throughout hotel.

Front desk and manager was very accommodating. The room was very clean, pool was wonderful. They had clean towel readily available at the pool and a good variety of breakfast foods. This is a hotel I will come to everytime

My friend and I stayed in room 310 and while it wasn’t exactly to my standard for “clean” it was doable. However in the morning, the full size bedbug found in my bed, was a beyond acceptable. I brought the bug to the office and the reaction was priceless

I've been staying here since Saturday. The rooms are very clean . The staff is friendly and fhe manager is very accommodating. Highly recommend this place .
