Positive: The location was the best part of the hotel. Close to where we needed to be and great food choices in the area. Negative: Looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling so we had to change rooms the first night. Most of the staff who worked the counter were not overly nice or willing to help. Just seemed like they were just going through the motions of a job.

Excellent hotel in Marysville!!! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice, wish the water was a little warmer. Breakfast selection in the morning was good. Cookies and popcorn in the lobby in the evening was nice for a snack. Haley at check in and Karla at check out were awesome to work with. We'll be back.

The hotel is super clean, excellently maintained. Breakfast was beyond great, Choices of Fresh Fruit, 3 types of Juices and Cereals, Hot Biscuits and Gravy, Plentiful Pastries and best of all OPEN until 10AM. The reception staff was outstanding, it was a last minute walk-in due to an emergency open heart surgery & visit my sibling. My second day their I went to the front desk with a question and before I said my name Michelle asked about my sister. I never met Michelle and she understood the reason I was visiting from Florida, Michelle and the staff especially the front desk were OFF THE CHARTS with 6 STAR customer service.

You couldn't have a more friendly and knowledgeable employee greeting guests!!! Michelle had me laughing my entire stay, be extremely glad you have someone like this working for your hotel!!!! The room and lobby was immaculate, very clean. Great job!!!

great stay. all around great place the staff are amazing breakfast girls went above and beyond. i was there several weeks for work in the area and the breakfast girls did a fantastic job of keeping everything well stocked very clean and went out of their way to make sure the bacon and eggs were just the way i liked them. front desk staff were very friendly and housekeeping staff were great about working with my schedule and did a great job of making my stay comfortable. thanks to all!!

Michelle was incredibly helpful and kind while assisting me in reserving rooms for our employees. She even helped me find a discount that I qualified for that I wasn't aware of. I'm ever appreciative when I find good customer service.

Delicious breakfast and treats throughout the day or night available at the lobby (lemon water, cookies, popcorn, etc) , kind people, nice gym, comfortable beds, clean place, quiet at night, washer and dryer machine available, plenty of parking space free. Next to a drugstore and plenty of restaurants right next door. It only seem to be living construction workers there in the building cause they walk around specially at night, but rather than that It was very pleasant our stay. Thank you!!

We have neen here twice and both times everything has been fantastic. All of the staff here is super helpful and always willing to help. Manager Michelle is fabulous and will do everything possible to make your stay great.
