My husband booked this room on February 7th, 2025. This trip was for an end of life celebration. The young lady who booked our room was absolutely outstanding and amazing! They didn't have the room we were looking for, however they did have a king with a sofa pullout for my kids. Again, these ladies that checked us in and booked this room were outstanding! However, later on in the evening... Is when the chaos began. I know hotels are crazy, lots of different people, lots of different styles, lots of different noises. That is a risk you take when renting a room. With that being said, I usually opt for a bottom room because I have three kids and on occasion things happen and they make noise, And the last thing I want is someone below me having to endure that. I was actually on the third floor this time and my children completely worn out and laying around from swimming, almost didn't get any sleep the whole night. It literally sounded like someone was running up and down the hall and into each room on each side of us. I ended up getting 3 hours of sleep!!!!
I will say that in my entire 46 years of being alive and staying in different places on vacations and such, this was hands down the noisiest hotel I have ever been in....And that's saying a lot because I was on the third floor!!! So if you're looking for value and clean rooms, this is the place for you!!❤️ But if you want to get a good night's sleep and feel rested the next day, do not go here lol OH, I will also say their breakfast is awesome on Saturday morning.... If you can actually get into it!!!

Stayed for 4 nights for the "Game mORe" meeting and it was great. Breakfast - some of the crispiest bacon you will find, fruit bowl with lots of strawberries, blueberries, very little "melon", Daily eggs cooked different ways. Rooms were clean, up to date, Wifi easy an strong, service great, always with a smile. Great freshly baked cookies in the lobby every night. And set up for the 4 day meeting was great. I'll definitely be back.

Welcoming lobby with a nice northwestern flair, with fireplace and little nooks to sit. Christmas decor that made it festive and great little amenities that make a big difference.
Clean and maintained. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was great but I like a medium firm bed.
Microwave and fridge with coffee maker and cable.
Breakfast was mostly good. Waffle iron minis are great and they have lots of options. Kitchen staff was friendly and working there tail off to keep things stocked and cleaned up. Just great.
We will stay here again with our a second thought.

My fourth time at the Comfort Suites Linn County, and my go to venue whenever I'm hosting a meeting. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, afternoon warm cookies, easy access from the highway, and a very friendly and helpful staff.

10/10 - Best Hotel Experience I have ever had! This is such a rarity for me and I want to explain just why it was so amazing! This place really seems to care about their guests, staff, and overall company!

Here are some of my favorite highlights from this trip:

1. *QUIET*. The rooms were SO quiet - no slamming doors, no sounds from the other rooms - and the hotel was busy when we stayed! This alone would guarantee my staying there every single time we visit the area!

2. FREE BREAKFAST and MORE. First and foremost, they had free soup ready to go when we first checked in. Zuppa Tuscana! How cool is that? The next evening, they had a whole Hot Chocolate bar set up with all of the fixing you could imagine!

Lots of options to choose from for breakfast, and something for everyone! I stick to a gluten-free diet and was able to eat a full breakfast which is rare for me! There were eggs, bacon, sausage, eggs with ham, biscuits, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more!!!! All of the food tasted great and was cooked properly (no funky eggs here!) Plus, the lady working behind the counter when we stayed was a sweetheart 🙂

3. CLEAN! Everything was so clean!!!! I used to work at a hotel, so I am pretty judgmental when it comes to hotel cleanliness and the effort the staff puts in - and this place NAILED IT! So Clean! No stains on the furniture, no fingerprints, no hair! They even dusted the headboard details (You bet I check) A+!!

4. CUTE. This place is adorable. The cute Christmas decor was so warm and welcoming. They had Home Alone playing in the lobby above the lit fireplace. I mean come on, walking into this place I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie.

5. SAFE. The location is tucked away behind the Linn County Expo Center, and felt incredibly safe. Not once did I feel like I had to worry about my car, or walking around outside by myself. Felt very secure here!

6. THE STAFF. The staff was such a pleasure to work with when we were checking in and checking out.

I have stayed at most of the hotels in the area over the years, and this one hands-down takes the cake as THE BEST hotel experience I have ever had.

My husband was competing at the annual Ugly Sweater Strongman Competition and says thank you SO much for setting the tone for our entire trip, and allowing him the rest he needed to podium at his first pro show!

Positive: The location was awesome. The Motel was very clean room lay out was nice Negative: The bed was so hard might as well have slept on the Floor! Otherwise excellent motel.. The Motel would be a 10 with decent beds.. And Motels are are for sleeping

This has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I have stayed at very expensive hotels all over the world. What separates great from the best ever is not fancy fixtures or twice the staff it’s empathizing immediately with my situation and acting. I feel like royalty. Positive: The hotel is well unkept and the staff was very friendly and warm Negative: The room Walls are paper thin. I could hear coughing, toilets flushing, all street traffic and walking above and below me. It was so loud I could not sleep and decided to drive the 3.5 hours home instead.
