Joseph, the front desk guy, he was SUPER busy with a bunch of soccer team kids and families.. but he took the time to get some milk at night for my picky kid when I couldn't find anything she would like. They don't normally have milk available but he got some from the breakfast stuff. He said he was a picky kid too, so he understood. He was there when we checked in and checked out and was incredibly welcoming. The pool was nice, the hot tub was nice, and the beds were SO COMFY. Room was nice, loved it, breakfast was nice. But Joseph is an absolute gem.

CLEAN, Friendly Staff, Convenient Location (12 mile drive to NFL). Start the day with an Excellent FREE Breakfast with a wide variety of options, Free Hotel Parking, and enjoy delicious fresh food located mere steps away at Hartville Kitchen Restaurant & Bakery (shops and hardware too). No need to restart the car for some pie when you can take a quick scenic walk for lunch, dinner and/or desserts, etc. next door. Enjoy all the hotel amenities (Hot Tub & Pool, exercise room, Mini Hiking Area, Etc.).

We stayed in Hartville after a trip to Canton. Front desk service was quick and cheerful. There was an issue with our keycards and I had to go back to the front desk but it was remedied quickly. We had one of the larger rooms with a king size bed. Most definitely a large room! Bathroom was generously sized and enjoyed having a couch to sit and watch some tv on. Amenities provided were exceptional. Make sure to use the shower mat provided. At least in our room the tub would have been very slippery without it. The bed was a too firm for my liking. But I would classify it as semi-firm. I've slept on much harder beds in hotels. The bed pillows were a little strange as they are almost half the size of a standard bed pillow but there were plenty available to use. Overall, I am happiest with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the rooms. I rate my stays on cleanliness above all and this hotel reaches the pinnacle. Breakfast the next day was standard fair but it was well maintained and stocked with friendly service. If we ever return to the Canton area, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was in Hartville recently for an overnight stay and chose this particular Comfort Inn for it's convenient location. I have stayed at hotels all across the country and I will say that this is one of the cleanest and best managed properties that I've ever stayed at.  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.  The two rooms we booked were spotless, roomy and impeccably maintained.  The complimentary breakfast was hot and plentiful.  It was surprisingly low cost compared to other similar hotels.  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay.

Came in for a soccer tournament.
Amazing Service. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Cafeteria was well stocked and a good variety of hot foods. Could not believe the hotel was 10 years old because it looked new! (,Great job maintenance and room attendance) Shout out to the friendly and amazing staff there who helped! Ive stayed at soooo many hotels and these staff members were all so sweet and friendly! Amy Crystal and Joseph! Great job! I would highly reccomend.

I can say nothing but the best.. wonderful establishment. Friendly staff very helpful and nice pool and hot tub
Clean quite and relaxing. Continental breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be going back.

Had to come to the area to buy an old car, needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in years. The staff were very polite, they obviously cared about their job because everything was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in the area.

Positive: Location is good and staff is nice Negative: Breakfast was the same for four days. Dog fee of $35 per day is way too much if you do not get maid service except after checkoput like we did. It should be $35 per room cleaning.
