First impressions are very important. That is something that this location could work on. For starters, the door handles of the bathroom were dirty. The bathroom counter also had some used rubber bands on it. Upon further inspection of the room, there was lots of stains and damage on the furniture and walls, dirt and grime on the bed sheets, and leaves on the floor. There was also mold spots in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation. But looking past first impressions, it wasn't all that bad. The morning staff were very nice and kept the halls and community areas spotless. Evening staff was nice, but they were just wandering around the lobby area and didn't seem to 100% know what they were doing. Breakfast was a delicious standard hotel breakfast. The pool was a bit dirty on day one, but day two it seemed a lot cleaner. Unfortunately, the jets in the hot tub didn't work. That would've been nice but oh well. The location is great and the price is right.

Room 104/112|We have stayed here before. It's located very close to my son. This property is located well. It's always clean and the rooms are always stocked fully. I must say, it isn't a brand new hotel but very well maintained. |We were immediately greeted warmly. Acknowledged and appreciated. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Just an all round nice woman. |Our 1st room's TV did not work and within 10 minutes, the Hostess came to our room, saw it couldn't be fixed and moved us to another room. She's the best. Very gracious. |Our room was quiet and clean and the bed and linens good quality. Bathroom was well stocked. |This is our go to place to stay in Tulsa, OK. ||

Booked a room on 3/15, arrived at the hotel and was told by the front desk that my reservation had been cancelled. I asked why or who cancelled it and she couldn’t give me an answer. After driving 3hrs with 4 kids, I was left to find another hotel as she stated they didn’t have any rooms available. Next day (Sunday) I contacted Choices Hotel & was told it was the front desk who cancelled my reservation. I was told to contact the hotel again the following day & ask to speak with Sue who was the property manager. 3/17 I get in contact with sue who says she was going to look into the situation. She stated they had plenty rooms available that night they could have accommodated us. Next day she contacts me saying it was her employer who cancelled it and couldn’t give a reason why. Sue stated she had to speak to the GM to get a refund. Her words were “you’ll probably get a refund”…It is now 2 weeks later and I have still yet to receive refund. I was originally told it was released Thursday (3/20) & I should get it by Tuesday (3/25). I called this morning (3/29) and now Sue is saying it was released on Monday (3/24).

Positive: Larger room & fairly quiet. Negative: Very old and worn down rooms. It could use a good makeover. Front desk could not find reservation and tried to send us to a different Comfort Inn even though I showed the lady our reservation confirmation and the hotel address was listed on it.

I stayed here with a friend for 6 nights. We arrived on a Sunday and departed on a Saturday. Th3 total time we stayed we had problems with the room keys. They even moved us from one room to another and we still had problems. Two nights we had to get someone from the front desk to try and let us into our room, even they had problems. We were given new keys and still had problems. First room had no stopper in the bathroom sink and a light bulb burned out. The drapes wouldn’t close all the way we had to put clips on them to hold them closed, we had this same problem in the second room we were moved to. Breakfast was sparse. No pastries out, coffee was cold almost every morning. Parking lot was small, two times we had to park on the back side of the building and couldn’t get in the side door because the keys didn’t work and we had to walk around to the front of the building to get in. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Try some place else.

I was there Wednesday to Sunday and loved the employees that worked in the evenings and overnight they were so helpful and made me feel like I was home. They all were super eager to help and so friendly. During the weekdays that lady was not at all friendly. She seemed to be put out with conversation with not only myself, but other guests as well. It's supposed to be about hospitality, not make people feel like a bother.

I booked because of a meeting down the street and vacation after. I LOVE Miss Sue. She is AMAZING. She made my trip so relaxing and I felt very safe in her establishment. The pool and Jacuzzi are awesome and she makes sure they are running properly and safe for guests. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are beautiful clean and spacious. The only thing I would add to this property is shelves above kitchen sink for storage. Other than that you can't find a better place or better people around. Thank you everyone.

Was supposed to spend two nights at this location and thank goodness my plans only included a single night stay here.

The TV failed to work. I picked up the phone to call and it failed to work as well. My son took a shower and said beware, there were hairs on the towel. We were there with a large group of others, so we looked past these and the weird smell as we only had one night there. We'd just push through.

My wife woke up to use the restroom the next morning, flipped on the lights and roaches ran. (I don't want to think about the two trips I made in the middle of the night without flipping on the lights). After looking further, we found a couple on the wall were our bags were and another in the vent of the A/C.

Wife and I passed on the morning shower, put our clothes on and checked out! I told the front staff of the issues and I got a sorry. I didn't ask for anything and I wasn't offered anything. Simply not a place I will ever visit again.
