During our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the "kitchen" and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean.

Stopped here on our way back from Florida. Didn't know how far we would drive so we did not have a reservation. Nothing fancy but a nice clean hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a one night stay.

The hotel was overall pretty nice. The only two issues were that the breakfast was lacking a lot. The biggest choice they gave you was on cereal. There is only one elevator, and it is super slow. So, if you're looking for a decent breakfast for a fast start to your trip, I wouldn't recommend this one for that. But if you don't mind the limited breakfast, then this hotel will suit you just fine.

Staff was incredible during the death and funeral of our mom. We have stayed here multiple times and we always come back. The most touching was a personalized sympathy card left in our room. #treatedlikefamily

I Had to come to this hotel after a terrible experience at a Best Western down the road. The staff was super friendly at check-in, the hotel was nice and clean. Was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast attendant was super nice. I had no complaints whatsoever with this stay, and I plan on staying again when driving through town.

When I arrived, there was issue with the lady who’s a racist. She was very offended that I was joking with her. I went upstairs to check in my stuff and found a roach motel full of roaches. The room had a funky odor. The elevators were filthy came down for breakfast the next morning what a sad, sad sad breakfast no pastries no juice, rotten bananas terrible breakfast..
The lady who was working the morning shift was extremely rude. She did not want to be bothered by anyone. She even told me I was bothering her very very rude. Didn’t they tell me for my dissatisfaction they would give me a rate of 108 tonight they did not do that. I even asked three different people to have the owner call me. He never called so I called choice privileges, and filed my complaint with them. The home office for this franchise. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else the Indians, who own this just don’t care they’re walking around, coughing out loud, not covering their mouth when a virus respiratory virus was going around everywhere. I will never stay here again the owner of this hotel, never even bothered to call me to see what my concerns were. There’s other hotels choose them.

12-6-24 I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Byron overnight as I was in town for a college graduation. The front desk personnel was friendly, the check in was easy, the room was spacious and comfortable. The morning buffett was good with lots of breakfast choices. I recommend staying at this location if your travels take you to Byron/Warner Robbins/Ft. Valley, GA area.

Our stay was very nice. Room was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the front desk customer service was top notch. We enjoyed the free breakfast and our little one enjoyed the indoor pool. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
