Great service, our one night stay was very pleasant. Too bad we couldn't stay more nights but we were passing by. Great price, and their breakfast was very delicious. Thank you to our kitchen lady named "Minerva" she was very attentive and kind. She made sure we had a great breakfast. Thank you again, Minerva and all the staff, for a great stay.

Positive: Everything! I really liked that no dogs were accepted. The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and there was an attention to detail. I will definitely stay here again! Negative: I like to soak in a bathtub when I?m on long trip; the hotel didn?t offer a bathtub option in any of the rooms.

Positive: The staff was very nice. My room was spotless. Negative: $150 deposit for room. I am on a 15 day road trip staying in a different city each night. If I had to pay a $150 deposit for every night of my road trip, it would tie up thousands of dollars from my bank account.

The property was remodeled a few months ago and is nice for a 2-3 star hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was even decent. Building is old and was a bit loud on the second floor but slept well.

Positive: The daytime staff were completely different than night staff. They were friendly and helpful. Negative: The blinds in the room were broken and would not close, the internet also did not work. I attempted to get help from the front desk but whoever was on duty was rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it.

Very clean! Good breakfast with lots of variety. Manager, Beatrice, was very friendly and helpful when we needed to make a change to our stay. Good location with the mall and fast food within walking distance.

As someone who has worked in hotel environments since I began working this by far was the worse experience for a hotel stay. Staff was rude and not honest. Fire alarms going off due to people smoking in there rooms. People drilling holes in walls at 2am. Had a employee check my room before leaving to be told everything looked good and my deposit was released back that has never reached my bank account. When I call there is never a manager on site I always get told something different each time I call. I will never stay at this property again and would never recommend to friends or family.

Misleading and disappointing. Website talked about having all renovated rooms so I thought construction was done. Was surprised to arrive and realize it’s still on going, grateful the crew was off while I was there.

The rooms are beautifully renovated but also smell strongly from all the chemicals used in the process. Woke up in the night with throat irritation from it. Was surprised by the $150 deposit at check-in, I don’t remember seeing that when I reserved the room (maybe I missed it?). Walls are thin. Was awoken by doors slamming in the hallway in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was disappointing as well. The potatoes were soggy and cold. Muffins were flavorless. Coffee cups are small.
