Horrible customer service from their MANAGEMENT!!!!

Booked a room for 3 nights, had to vacate early due to unforeseen circumstances. Spoke to management they agreed to refund. Called back to inquire about the refund unused nights. Now they refuse to refund.

Due to the many reviews / complaints here regarding not getting refunded sounds like someone is doing some shady stuff….

And Christy the manager is absolutely the nastiest person. Definitely a poor reflection on this hotel chain!!!!

Checked in on Saturday March 15th, for one night. Upon arrival, (after 8 pm) desk clerk gave me so much chaos about the card I was using and when I finally reached him a Capital One, he held it up to look at it as it it appeared to look fake. Was placed in rm 414 and the bathroom was filthy.Look like dog hair everywhere.Toilet had not been cleaned just disgusting. I called the front desk to ask if I could have cleaning suppliebto clean it. He asked that I moved next door because he wanted to take pictures. Moved next door 415, same thing, bathroom filthy with dog hair filthy walls, toilet and sink. I called back again to ask for the cleaning supplies.Finally got the cleaner supplies which I had to send my daughter down to get and cleaned the bathroom. Spoke with the manager the next she apologized blah blah blah , Stated the housekeeper was new and used a dirty rag to wipe everything down. I'll take something off of your bill blah blah blah because what's $25. I guess that was my fee for cleaning their nasty bathroom. Also I paid the $200 deposit 100 in cash, 100 on the card and still I have not received the one hundred back on the card as of today March 19th. I have pictures and a recording how can I post? $200 deposit from the card of your choice and assigned to not one but two filthy rooms is WILD!

This is a clean and high quality hotel. Very modern and clean. The gentleman at the front desk on Friday evening was very helpful and kind. Wonderful hotel with a great location.

I felt like I was staying in a prison the way that my family was treated by staff. Especially management. We received a phone call from the manager at 7:45 am stating that she had to be woken at home at 4:00 am because of us. The night auditor was sleeping on the couch in lobby and wouldn’t respond. So we had to call corporate. We had an accident in the room with my elderly mother. The employer tossed me a garbage bag and told her to clean it up.

This place is under way too much renovation to even be open for business. It seemed dangerous and dirty. We actually thought upon arrival that it was a condemned building. We left our room early. Didnt stay the night. We were afraid to stay there.

They take a $100 deposit besides the room price and its now been two weeks and still waiting for the refund.
Asking for a room damage deposit makes you feel like they are renting to barbarians

Positive: Location Negative: There was a mystery brown stain (poo) on the couch, pool water was brown or green, fitness center had broken equipment and missing pieces, pull out bed had no sheets and after I got one from the desk they were way too big, breakfast food was okay but cold

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The entire stay was unpleasant. The front desk was rude from the start. She asked for a $200 deposit at the beginning when we questioned why she was so rude when explaining it was for damages and she has no problem charging people. So we decided to check the room before dropping our items. When we went to the room there was blood on the curtain, holes in the wall, stained mattress, empty water bottles, and a vacuum attachment. So we took the photos down to request this be added to the notes. The next morning I woke up at around 4 am to the smell of marijuana spilling into my room. When I asked the cleaning staff, she told me the smell was from a party 3 days prior to my check in. I am a nonsmoker and had 3 children with me. It was making my girls feel sick. When I went to the front desk to talk with the general manager, he lied to my face and told me that was a new air freshener they we trying out. I told him when the housekeeper said he became defensive and aggressive with me. I decided I needed to address the other issues with me room. He told me the blood on the curtain was BBQ sauce, which was absolutely untrue. I said I would really like for someone to check my room before leaving because I wanted to address the problems so I could get my deposit back, he told me he has no intentions of giving me my deposit back even though the room had not been damaged by me. I still have not gotten my deposit back but I intend to contact Comfort Suites this week. Or I will send my lawyer to talk with them. I have all the photos and timestamps that prove we did not damage this room.
The pool was green with algae so the kids could not use the indoor pool. That was the reason we booked this hotel, was for the pool. I would never recommend this hotel. The GM is a thief and the hotel is in terrible shape.
