Smells bad I don't have a remote theres legos all over the floor and smells like cigarettes
and everything is dirty and the bed are really dirty. The bed had stains and the odor had crumbs and bugs. This was definitely not cleaned before we got here.

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Check in was a breeze. Staff are friendly. Would definitely stay here again on our way to southern Alabama. Easy access from I-59. AC worked great. The breakfast was good, but you probably don't have many visitors like me who eat whole food plant based. That's okay as long as there is some fresh fruit I can have to complement the oatmeal I bring myself. I don't know if you are the ones who offered clementines instead of oranges. They are much easier to peel.

Comfort Inn was anything but comfortable! The first room we were offered had a broken AC unit that sounded like a jackhammer. I have two sound clips. My mother and I debated whether we could handle the jackhammer noise all night because we were afraid of what we would get next as the whole place was looking run down. We then requested another room. The second room we were given was covered in toxic mold. The smell made us gag but we didn’t see it clearly at first because the mold was growing on the dark furniture. The first bit of mold I saw was on the side of the headboard. I noticed it when I plugged my phone into the plug on the beside table, which then was also covered in mold. It was late and we were tired so we decided to sleep with our heads away from the headboards because the mold was all over the headboard and the side table. In the morning, my mother and I were SICK from the toxic mold exposure. Upon closer inspection the next day, we saw that the mold was all over every single piece of dark furniture. The desk, especially the underside, the dresser, the armoire, were all coated. It has been a few days and my mom and I are still coughing up the thick mucousy aftermath. This location needs to be shut down by the health department!

We stayed one night on our way back home. It was definitely not what we expected. Right away when walking into our room it smelled off. The carpet had dirty spots on it. Thankfully the bed and bathroom looked clean. That night we pulled out the pull out bed and found dirty shorts and trash! Then we had to ask for extra sheets and blankets and we were given sheets but was told they didn’t have anymore blankets. We were skeptical to stick around for breakfast and was surprised it was good but very limited compared to other comfort inns that we’ve stayed in.
We now know why it was such a great deal. You get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First I called the location we were staying to make reservations, I was transferred to "reservations " but never advised it was a 3rd party partner. Upon arrival our room smelled so strong of mold, we were moved to another room. The toilet was running continously, called front desk and advised that no maintenance person on duty. The pool area was being blown off and debris blown directly in pool, then a guy starts weed whacking and puts debris back on patio and blows it on us. Then sheet has 2 holes in it, ants in bathroom and then woke up with them crawling in our bed and on me. Toilet fixed only to start whistling. Then after a couple of flushing started running again. Coffee pit in lobby out of order. The hotel was close to a Sam's but no one bothered to replace it. Upon checking out and voicing complaints advised because I had booked with 3rd party they couldn't assist me. I contacted the 3rd party that only worked on emails. Finally called my credit card company and we were reimbursed. Nasty place, and a bad experience.

I tripped and sprung my knee back and ankle at this hotel due to a rug being thrown on the floor out of place. I wrote a incident report with Katie a employee and it’s been 2 weeks and Rebecca the manager hasn’t returned my calls, they won’t answer for me and when they do they hang up in my face. Katie is very rude but plays nice she’s definitely a neglectful worker just like the establishment that trained her. They employees have been told to say that Rebecca will be in after 3 pm however when do incident reports get turned in . I’m definitely in disbelief that this type of results could be happening. The hotel is very dirty it lacks excellent employees cleanliness or excellent customer service. What a waste.

I booked 2 suites for a 2 night stay Friday-Sunday we arrived at the hotel at 4pm the room wasnt ready yet so we swam, when our rooms was cleaned and ready we went to our rooms 1 room the AC was out in *you can see from the photos we had to get fans to circulate air to stay cool, and 1 room had Hairs all over the floor and tub, roaches on the bathroom floor, toilet broken, so we went to the front desk to request a refund or a room switch they advised us "all rooms was full and we had to make due with what we had" NOBODY came to our room to fix the broken toilet, clean up the pubic hair, or look at the AC. We had to use the restroom in the room with No AC. Highly advise not to use this company for any means. They refused a refund and choice hotels customer service just gave me points to stay in another choice hotel. See attached photos
