Excellent breakfast choices, very clean, comfortable bed, nice staff. Big fluffy towels like a luxury hotel. Everything in the room worked. Plenty of options for evening food and drink. Don't forget to go to the IGLOO, the drive thru beer store nearby.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, no mildew or dirty caulk. We stayed two days and they come in and did a light cleaning in the bathroom, which was nice to have fresh towels. The only complaint was the free breakfast: coffee was very weak.

This Comfort Inn is an easy off from and on to I-75. We have stayed at this motel four or five times now and will continue to give them our business. It's clean and well-maintained with lovely peopleand great service. What more could we ask for? Thanks.

Husband and I spent the night here. Though the room was not bad. We asked for an upgrade which were denied. I am a Diamond member with choice and have that option. My husband was truly upset as was I. He did some of our laundry last night and the girl accused him lying about what was put in washer. We couldn't even do all the laundry cause washer and dryer was small. So only one load at $2.00 to wash and Dry. So very unpleasant experience.

Great hotel with an awesome Heated pool! Rooms are nice staff is friendly. Breakfast was good, eggs bacon, waffles, cereal... Would stop here again.

I was here twice in one month. Both visits were great, and the staff was so helpful.

Located right next to I-75, Comfort Inn & Suites in Tipp City is a conveniently situated hotel, nestled right on the outskirts of this small town. It has most of the necessities that make it a good choice for a comfortable stay, either for visiting friends and family or as a quick stayover while you’re passing through Ohio. ||What does this Comfort Inn & Suites offer? Walking inside and taking a quick walk around reveals an indoor pool, small fitness center, an even smaller business center, and a space in toward the back where breakfast is served each morning. The rooms have the basics covered, plus they also have a microwave oven. Walk back down to the lobby area and you will find an assortment of microwaveable foods for sale, which is ideal when you’re hungry and don’t feel like leaving the hotel. ||My personal experience at this Comfort Inn & Suites was generally good, but I did have a few issues. One was the cleanliness of the room. I had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone to complete cleaning the bathroom. The cleaning was started but not finished. To their credit, they did send someone quickly and they finished the job. However, I noticed other small things that were overlooked, like a burned- out lightbulb in the lamp next to the couch and an empty shampoo dispenser that they forgot to fill in the shower. ||With other amenities, well, they are okay, and I like that they have an indoor pool. The fitness center is quite small, and the business center has space for only one, and it requires that you stand while you work. This could be a problem if you have something lengthy you need to type. On a positive note, however, I did like the complimentary breakfast and I like that there are a few restaurants within an easy walk. ||Comfort Inn & Suites Tipp City is a decent place to spend a few nights and the price is right. It was a mixed bag for me, with an almost equal share of good and not- so- good. Still, it’s a good choice of lodging if you’re passing through the area and need a place of lodging for a few nights.
