Tigard Comfort Inn and Suites on Greenburg Rd is pretty amazing. I've been living here since the middle of January in an ADA accessible room due to being a wheelchair. I have only ran into 2 issues. My normal manual wheelchair would not fit through the room door, but was easily corrected by using a smaller wheelchair. The beds are made super comfy for visitors. Big fluffy blankets and a lil high off the bed. As a wheelchair user who cannot use my legs well, getting in and out of the bed was tough at first. With the use of a slide board issue was resolved. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! Every single person from front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance go above and beyond to treat you like an individual and not just a paying customer. They take an interest in you as a human. Thank you all so very much. Morning breakfast is from 6-9am. Wide variety and always fresh. They have the usual cereal choices, muffins, bread choices, juices, coffee, hot water dispenser for use with a variety of teas (ramen?). Monday-Thursday they offer eggs, potato patties, and sausage. And Friday- Sunday they have eggs, bacon, potato patties, and sausage gravy with biscuits. And every day they offer make yourself Belgian waffles that you can top with sugar free and regular syrup, jam, peanut butter, or make a breakfast sandwich. The choice is yours. There is a fitness gym available for guest use until 10pm as well as a guest laundry open til 10pm. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the people are. My room became my home. It was comfortable and provided a roll in shower, microwave, mini fridge that can hold a decent amount of grub. I was in room 105.

First off if I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. I travel a lot and this had to be the worst of the worst experiences. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable; my room was dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. The room also had a terrible smell of smoke and marijuana that made it impossible to relax. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel for the price. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Waffles, fresh eggs, boiled eggs, oatmeal, juices, cereal. There is something for everyone in the family. Loved the tea selection. Fanoe Creek trail near the hotel is very good for a nature hike. Staff was very friendly. Room has modern decor and cleaned well.

Positive: locatioin Negative: Room doors with the electronic locks would not work, four trips back to the checkin lobby to get key card rebranded. Both televisions in our room would not work, the desk clerk could not rectify the problem. Staff was helpful and polite, but not repairm

Nice hotel for 1 night. Customer service was great especially Maria. Maria was very nice and professional, exactly what you look for in a hospitality employee. We hope your flower business does well. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was good enough (Eggs, bacon, gravy, waffles, fruit, coffee and juices). Highly recommend this hotel.

**BEWARE OF BUGS**
I checked into this room and checked out within 3 hours. This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had a hotel in my life! As we were putting snacks in one of the cupboards there was an empty bag of marijuana that had spilled (see photo). I immediately went down and told the front desk. I was extremely polite and she asked to come up and see. I showed her and she took it. I immediately asked about getting a refund or cancelling the remainder of my stay. She said I would have to contact the manager. Within 30 minutes there was a freaking BUG crawling up by our beds!!! I again went back down and said I did not want to stay any longer and requested a refund. She said there was nothing she could do, that I would have to speak to a manager on Monday. I kindly asked if there was anyone who could handle this on the weekend. She said no. Needless to say, I’m now staying at the Hampton a mile down the road for the same price and it’s a million times better.

And in all this, not once did I get an apology or any sort of kindness from the front desk woman. I even told her I’m not trying to cause problems and I know this isn’t your fault. All I got was blank stares back.

Please don’t get scammed by this place like I did. I’m not one to ever leave reviews, but I am appalled at this experience and hopefully will save someone from staying at this disgusting place.

The service was great. Rooms were very nice and tidy, beautiful. But walls are thin, so you could hear anything and everything happening at 1234 in the morning as people talking going in and out of their rooms, dogs barking didn't get very much sleep.

Positive: Breakfast Negative: Location is VERRRRY noisy. Loud cars and motorcycles constant. Elevator is dirty and smells awful. Front desk lady looked like she just rolled out of bed. We will never stay there again. Too noisy.
