The room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable, clean, and modern. The grounds are clean, well lit, and secure. The lobby is well kept and nicely appointed. ||The staff? The staff is stellar! ||Brittany was exceptionally helpful with last minute room schedule updates and has a charming personality (she'll be a manager someday if she chooses the profession). ||Mr. Hulga was helpful and friendly at check in.||If you can, grub at: JERRY'S CAFE - Delicious!!!!||Do not walk there from the hotel when it's 35 degrees - unless you want a story like I have :)||Sorry for the length - nothing but good things and people in Thatcher-Safford.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby smelled really nice cause they had just cleaned it. The person at the front desk was wonderful. Very kind in the room was very nice and the beds were so comfortable the pillows not so much.

Very nice staff, very cozy and comfortable, lots of amenities for plenty of rooms. Entrance not well lit and ice machine on the third floor didn’t work. Black streak on tv at the couch.

The WiFi was terrible, the refrigerator made things warmer and the door slammed itself shut. Staff was very friendly.

We always stay here when visiting our college student at EAC. Beds are comfortable, hot breakfast buffet is tasty, including eggs, potatoes, waffles, bacon, fruit, etc. Location is central to the college, restaurants, convenience stores, and Main St Thatcher.

Rooms where your typical clean hotel rooms. staff was extremely friendly and helpful plenty of parking if you're towing a trailer what is an added bonus

Positive: The room was good sized and it was clean. Also, breakfast was better than expected. The staff did a good job with it. Negative: The hotel elevator did not work so we had to carry everything up to the second floor. We also had issues with the hot water in the shower. The comfort of the bed was just OK.
