The location is the best part of this hotel. I stayed here years ago, and this was a nice place. It seems to have declined since then.
When you first walk in you notice a strong deodorizer smell.
The mattress was not comfortable, felt like sleeping on a box spring with a very thin pad on it. There was a smell of mildew at the head of the bed.
Bathroom sink very slow draining
Entrance door, not well the sealed, could see light around it.
Random strange noises that seemed to be inside the walls in the middle of the night - almost like pipes knocking but not quite 🤔
Breakfast was pretty basic.
All these things would be acceptable if the price was cheap, but it was not. I do not recommend this location.

Despite renovations our room was great. The workers worked during reasonable hours and were very nice when passing by in the halls. The lady who works the breakfast bar area on the weekends is an absolute amazing lady, so sweet, caring and kind. She made my kids morning special each day of our stay. My only complaint is the night shift person who checked me in could definitely learn some customer service skills, I've never had trouble checking in as my room is always paid in full through hotels.com before coming and he was giving me a hassle, I think maybe he didn't understand the reservation so that could probably be improved. Thanks for a great stay, we will return.

Very disapointed.|We booked this hotel online and there was no mention of it being under renovation . We were told by hotel staff that the area they put us in had already been renovated but this room had two entrances , one from the parking lot which was nearly blocked by a old table , the door lock was malfunctioning and took several attempts to unlock, the door was very old and looks like it has been painted over several times. The other door leads direcly into the hallway which was littered with used furniture and stained mattresses . The room has new vinyl flooring and furnishings but the bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been touched in many years . From the mold on the tub to the cracked and painted over tile, the door which is badly beaten up and the outlet/switch covers which have yellowed with age.|The lobby and breakfast area were most likely renovated years ago due to the furniture being worn, scratched and nicked up , the breakfast area cabinets laminate was peeling in areas . |The breakfast offerings were of normal variety but the hot offeings which were eggs sausage and biscuits had been microwaved. |In my opinion this is a $75 hotel but we were charged $115 for two queen beds , we are glad that we didn’t pay the $140 they wanted for a king room

The rooms were very clean, staff were really nice. The pool is nice and clean, hot tubs great. Overall, a great stay

It's an older location that has been updated. Has inside and outside doors in the first level which is kinda cool. Wifi isn't the greatest. But the staff are amazing here. I arrived to the breakfast almost at closing and they offered to make me fresh food.

Upon booking for a late arrival, I requested that sheets and pillows be available for the pullout couch. When we brought our sleeping kids up to the room, there were no sheets and when I unfolded the sofa bed, a giant men’s sock fell the to the floor. I went down to the front desk and requested the bed linens, I was given one pillow (no pillowcase) and a sheet. The front desk person was unconcerned and immediately got back to watching tv on his phone. It’s frustrating to arrive with sleeping children and have to make multiple trips to the front desk for something that should have been a basic amenity.

I didn't even end up staying. I canceled my reservation. the girl working the front desk what kind of rude. And they charge everyone $100 deposit. No matter if you're paying cash for a card. The rooms could be real nice I wouldn't know I couldn't get past the front desk. 👎👎

The hotel was full during our stay and so they didn't have pillows for our pull out couch bed. We made due and the pools was amazing!
