Maintenance needs to service the pool. The water seemed dirty and the jacuzzi was lukewarm at best. A lot of people book this hotel because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Please do everything you can to make sure they are operational for your customers. Everything else was great but PLEASE do not disregard the pool.

Newer, clean and quiet building. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast with a nice variety of both hot and cold items. Hot tub (one item I seek in a hotel stay) was broken all 3 days and the pool was cloudy and not very warm.

Okay so we spent over $500 for two room to be threatened to be kicked out over me a two others talking && listening to music on our phone while using our inside voices. It’s really crazy because after the second warning we was literally having to whisper a felt uncomfortable so we just decided to leave. Thank u for ruining our birthday.

Be careful of the app site, if making a future reservation it defaults to the date you are putting in the information.. and they will not change it after a message was relayed from the asst. manager, Callie, its a no show policy. I did call the Choice information line and they said it is up the manager. I know it was my mistake and the apps default setting flaw but obviously this motel is more into profit than customer service.

Booked the suite with the hot tub in the room. When checked in, it wasn’t available. Manager blamed it on me “not calling them directly to book” I booked online not using a third party. I should be able to book online without these kinds of mistakes.

(DO NOT COME HERE) rooms smell like weed stains on beds. All the hallways smell and the elevator the service is so bad and the house keeping kept messing with our stuff also neighbors banging on walls then I tried to wash my close and the dryer didn’t work once I took my clothes out the wash there was black stains all over them this place is the worst never stay here

I'm not booking at this hotel again. Pool was freezing cold, and pool towels were not readily available at site. The third party website gave me a handicap room which I did not need. I slipped but caught my fall twice, once on the pool stairs and once in the shower. Do not turn on the room heater it will smell like something is burning and the smell will linger. housecleaning did not stop by my room. provided breakfast was fine. location is great, there are many stores and restaurants nearby.

Absolutely appalling service. I made a reservation at 1:30 PM on Nov. 4th based on being struck by the Nov. 3 tornado and being told by my utility company that my home was unlivable for a week. One hour later utility called back & said I would be back in my home tonight. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the hotel & asked to cancel my stay.

I booked through Expedia, so hotel said to cancel through Expedia. Sure. Before check in time, again, ONE HOUR after making the reservation, I tried to cancel. Expedia stated “THE HOTEL WILL NOT LET US CANCEL” and said I would be charged full price for the week’s stay unless the front desk manager approved a waiver.

Call the hotel back. Ask for the front desk manager. Apparently they are not on site. I’m told to email them. I do. Check in time passes. No response. I call back. Am told they’re emailing the GM as well. No response. No call back.

We’re now sitting at 5-6 hours later. No response. No service. No answer. Expedia says the hotel has to cancel. Hotel says Expedia has to cancel.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, avoid this hotel like the plague. Apparently their managers don’t have time to resolve customer concerns.
