The hotel is across the street from the bus depot. There are several people living there. Not just staying for a few days for any tourist visits. The breakfast area was busy, cluttered, and dirty. The food amount that was out, was limited. I had to ask for plates and silverware at the front desk. When I did go to the front desk, the staff was playing on her cell phone, and I had to say excuse me twice to get her attention, and she was facing towards me. We stayed for 2 nights. We came back to our room for the evening and it had not been serviced at all. The bed was not made. I did not expect clean, new sheets, but I expected the bed to be made. Our dirty towels and wash clothes were not picked up, and we did not have clean ones in the room. I expect this to be done every day I am paying to stay there. I went to the front desk to get towels and wash clothes and informed him of my dissatisfaction. He said I was told when I checked in that they did not offer this service unless requested. I informed him I was not told anything other than a $50 deposit fee would be charged but removed at checkout. This was the same woman staff that I had to say, excuse me twice before she would look up from her phone. I do not understand what makes the hotels think we don't need clean wash clothes. Most people bathe every day and need clean towels and/or wash clothes. I went to the desk to inform the staff of a trashcan that was missing and needed to be replaced in the bathroom, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working when I was checking out. There was no one at the desk, and a sign was there to put the room keys in a plastic box. I did see a person in the office but did not come out, even when I was standing there talking to my husband. There were 2 men coming down in the elevator, and they were complaining about the hotel not having clean towels placed in the rooms. The area is very dirty. Lots of trash in the lot next to the hotel. I would not recommend staying here. The parking lot was full of cars from the other guests, and parking was limited.
I forgot to add that this is a no smoking hotel and that we could smell Marijuana coming down the hallway anytime we were there, a.m., afternoon or p.m.

This place needs shut down or the health department called. Or maybe even both. But something needs to be done. I booked for my husband for the first night and then kids and I would be up the next day to stay the night. The room hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs of food everywhere. Stuff was broken. Walls colored on. Dents in the wall. Walls scratched. Something spilled on top of the AC unit. Hair stuck to the walls. Something on bathroom floor along with hair. No toilet paper. Witnessed multiple people come down bc the heat did not work. But said they were fully booked and had no extra rooms. The sheets he said smelled rancid. Like they were never changed. When asked about speaking with a manager about a refund so he could go to another hotel. He said she would be in at 7am. While he was in the lobby, talking to me about it and he mentioned another family coming down about the heater. The man behind counter when asked again about the manager then says she won't be in until 9am and leaves around 1pm for the day. Was asked if she'll be in Sunday and he said yeah sometime after 9am. It is beyond ridiculous and nasty, to give a guest a dirty room. Then no way to contact anybody that can handle a situation, when multiple guests are having same issues and then some. Oh and the pool is unavailable. That is a whole big reason I chose this hotel as they have an indoor pool my kiddos couldve used.
This was after at least 12 people had trouble checking in. Took them almost 2 hours after he arrived to finally be able to check in. Was there maybe an hour before he left and ended up booking and entirely different hotel. Now we want a refund of almost $200.00 for a unclean nasty hotel room, that we never got to use

Do not stay here. I cannot express this enough. This place will give me nightmares. Where do I start. I checked in and the lady tells me my cards are declined. She ran them a total of 7 times each. Shut my cards down for fraud because Iām in a different state. However none of this needed to happen because I prepaid for room. Not sure what the hell she was doing. Got to room and it literally smelled like feet, stinky body and bad decisions. The couch had been peed on. The bed was off frame. Gum stuck to side of shower. No cups. TP. Stains EVERYWHERE. I asked for a different room. I get one..but half the lights donāt work. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. TV didnāt work. When I looked in the morning. There was vomit on the floor..and a trail to the bathroom. Luckily I was disgusted enough I wouldnāt walk anywhere on the carpet w shoes off. This place is in a sketchy area next to Greyhound station. Guy outside smoking weed. Full party down the hall. Do not stay in this hotel! Management is awful. Workers incompetent. Literally a NIGHTMARE. I most likely wonāt get my money back. But if you read thisā¦DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I have enjoyed my stay here. When we got into our room it was just cleaned and the floors were wet. It was nice knowing they were cleaned after reading the reviews of this hotel. Location is right down the road from bricktown. Homeless people but hey thatās everywhere you go! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hope this helps.

This place should probably be condemned. Ugh is it horrible on every level. Noisy, dirty, run down⦠Iām listening to several fights happening in the rooms around and above us. A tweeker was in the lobby when we arrived; the place smells like weed, the bathroom isnāt clean, the room is musty⦠electrical outlet covers are missing. No. Just no.

Iām never one to write reviews. Ever. I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. But I felt obligated to write this to steer anyone away from this place. I had to come to OKC for a week due to work training. Iām big on my health and fitness, so I booked this place because of the indoor pool, and mention of the gym. I reserved the room yesterday, Sunday 2/23, and was given a cost of $389. I check in today, and I am charged $402 PLUS a refundable $50 fee on top of that. I come up to the second floor, and there are kids running in the hallway, screaming. It smells like dirty poop filled diapers, and weed. This is a smoke free hotel, but someone was smoking weed 100%. Whatever, they can pay the $250 smoking fee. I walk into my room and immediately notice howā¦different the room is compared to the pictures posted when booking. My bathroom smelt of old urine. My toilet paper roll was half used, and I had one folded towel, and then a much smaller towel. Itās just me, so whatever. The carpet is stained up, dingy, and there are spill stains all over it. All of my furniture in the room is damaged, scratched and then colored over to make it seem like itās not damaged. None of the drawers fully push in, and there is a layer of dust on each drawer top. The curtains in my room are stained and almost yellowed, and one of the curtains is ripped off of the hooks. The AC unit had suspicious brown stains right on the air vent. After already hating having to be up here for an entire week, I was excited to go swim. I booked this place for the pool. Itās closed. The water is greenish. Immediately annoyed, I was like okay, Iāll take a long walk on the treadmill. The treadmill is broken. It sounds like a hammer is hitting the treadmill over and over and over again. I came back up to my room and was just annoyed at the state of things and the fact I paid over $400 for this room. I go down and speak to the front desk attendant and mention the towel issue, the half roll of toilet paper, the dirty room, the confusing extra charge compared to my reservation amount, the broken treadmill, and the pool. He looked me dead in the eyes and told me that all of the problems will be fixed tomorrow. Really? Gonna fix the pool, the treadmill, my towels, toilet paper, and deep clean my room, and get rid of the dirty diaper smell? Amazing. I came back up to my room and went to call the front desk, since I forgot to ask about something. And my room phone doesnāt work. The phone in my room says room 232. That is not my room number. I picked up the phone and there isnāt even a dial tone. So I call using my cell and finally talk to the same front desk attendant and he insists on making jokes when he already knows Iām annoyed and very displeased. He then tells me Iād have to come BACK downstairs and get the towels, but everything else, I would have to call back tomorrow after 9 am because thatās when the manager gets in. And nothing will be done until then. Luckily for me, Iāll be in training all day tomorrow until 4 pm and will not be able to speak to her. So all in all, Iād rate my experience 0/5 stars. I still have three nights here.

Iāve recently been reaching out about my stay due to the horrible hospitality from me being recorded by your cleaning lady on her cell phone which is against HIPAA rules Iāve never felt so bad there were no apologies very rude even when I asked her to put the phone down and speak with me. there was a wedding party down the hall very loud no towels I had to keep going down to front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper how are you cleaning a room and not changing out tissue from being served Mac and cheese for breakfast. Iāve worked for a hotel for 6years as a manager so Iām overly concerned Iāve tried to talk with Priceline but they are stating that you refuse to issue a refund and that you have no record of my stay which is false I have all my receipts of my stay I donāt want to have to get my lawyer involved because of the situation with the video recording

We were given a room on the fourth floor. Within 5 minutes I had seen four German cockroaches. Immediately went to front desk to get a different room which they were helpful with. Our second room was on the 2nd floor and we didn't find roaches in it. After the first room experience we were very uncomfortable with the building and we ended up sleeping with the lights on and keeping all of our stuff in the car. The neighborhood is also really bad. It's in like a really old industrial area of the city nothing near the hotel except old factories and homeless people. Staff was nice and I get that bugs are difficult to manage in hotels and it just happens but I wouldn't stay there again.
