My wife and I needed somewhere urgent to stay for the night. We were tired going through Atlanta’s traffic. Came across this location. Upon entry we got greeted by Christina at the desk who was friendly, efficient and brief and concise. We got a king suite, which was rather comfortable. Breakfast was your ideal eggs, potatoes, waffle, coffee and options of teas; we enjoyed. Seamless and comfortable right off the 20 exit 44 I believe. My only recommendation would be is to get a houseman around the clock.

Okay, I had to re-write my review because I was confused with one person and didn't include all the people. I am so happy with this Hotel it is by far the best hotel in Georgia and I have stayed at many . The thing I want you to know is it so peaceful because Ms. Lena runs a tight ship in the day along with her associate Mr. Ryan. I come in at night with my Sistren to help me all the time Ms. Kristina she is a Doll she is right there when you need her as well as the Lady that prepares the delicious breakfast here. I know the area why because I was a police here for 30 years now retired. I am currently staying one of my many nights here and it is safe. Please know you can even take a short hike and nothing will happen . I don't work for the hotel but want people to be safe when visiting our City here in Georgia. I would like to thank Choice hotels for always making this a productive and wonderful stay. Oh yeah did I say how clean it is well know that they have the cleanest rooms so far...I am relaxing in my King size bed while letting you know this is the best Choice in Atlanta and great value for a meal and resting Thanks again Ms. Lean for all you do!!!! Bless Up!! 🙂

I checked into the hotel and we made it to our room. Once in the room we noticed the trash was full, the toilet had not been flushed, there was a used wet towel folded up on the sink and when I looked at the bed it had like tissue and hair on it. We was then moved to another room. At 2:00am in the morning, someone walked into our room where my husband and I was sleeping. So I called down to the front desk, they asked us to have the other person to come down to the front desk. Why would I do that, we were startled and scared. We screamed and they ran out apologizing. The next morning, we went down to the front desk and Leena was the desk manager or supervisor. Although, very nice she suggested a 20% discount because I booked through a third party. Now I am a choice plus member and I am appalled that they do not respect their customers and base their resolve of mistakes on how they accept payment. Check out the pictures of my stay and make sure you check and lock your rooms really good.

In all seriousness, the customer service was great. Both females were kind, prompt and respectful. Just some updating to the hotel—like thicker walls and mattresses—and a new paint job on the walls would be spectacular.

The room looks nice enough and looked clean but there were minor damages and scratches throughout my room. Also I hate the small sized pillows on the bed, as you're likely to move off your pillow if you roll over. The ice machine was broken. The breakfast was ok. The apple juice and orange juice they served during breakfast was disgusting and tasted watered down and the pastries were ice cold but the sausage and country gravy was nice.
The location is terrible because it's a chore to come and go. The roads and traffic are terrible and you have to drive further than needed and make a loop just to get food from the nearby restaurants.

Over all it was just ok. Definitely not the worst hotel but I definitely have had better.

This motel was clean, shower was clean with good hot water. The employees were nice. You could walk to Cracker Barrel for supper. They had plenty of parking and plenty of lighting. They did offer breakfast but we left at 3:00 am so we can’t really review how it was. Our room was a suite for a very reasonable price. It was right off the highway so it was easy on and easy off.

Rooms were clean, front desk very nice. Hotel is clearly dated and in need of remodeling/fixing. Our bathroom door was broken, it was very loud walls are thin, pool looked murky and dirty. The ice machine was broken and fridge was not very cold, which can be an issue if you have medication that needs to be refrigerated. Outlets by the nightstnd didn't work. We travel yearly from Texas to Virginia.. Will not stay here again. Overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

Maxine was helpful very pleasant. I waited to speak with the manager on duty Madeline was nonchalant about my complaint I showed her the video of my dirty room and she said she would talk the house keeper manager about it. The room wasn't properly cleaned, from the looks of it my sheets were not even cleaned they had stains on them. The pull out couch is damn broken mattress is brown and falling apart. My total for a suite was $189 and definitely wasnt worth it. Comfort inn and suites need to learn how to better accommodate the guest staying there. I will be calling comfort inn corporate and complaining about this.
